Chance is housetrained, has had some professional training, knows basic commands, very smart, learns quickly, is fully vetted and neutered of course. He does get along with other dogs with smart and proper introductions. Good with kids 10+ and cats are unknown. He is good on a leash, playful, loves toys and loves catching flies! Story
Chance is a playful, curious, affectionate and active dog! So, he needs three walks a day and/or a shaded fenced in yard. I rescued him from a shelter because he was not doing well in that environment. He’s been thriving with me but I have a senior, special needs dog so I cannot keep Chance long term. He’s smart and independent with quite the personality! One evening, I noticed he dragged a blanket from the top of his opened crate and formed another bed out of it. He understands basic commands like Sit, Stay and Shake and is unique in that he doesn’t shed or bark much but instead fly bites when excited. He also plays well with dogs at day care. Special note! If the person/family who adopts Chance lives within an hour of me, I'm willing to dog sit him for free when they go on vacation. The details can be worked out upon adoption.

We would like to find a home that has EB experience and can provide a stable and structured home environment for him. - no cats - proper / slow intros with dogs. Adopter would need to ok with using a crate if there is another dog in the home until everyone is acclimated -no kids - housebroken, crate trained - needs to be fed separate (if another dog in the home) - preferred someone that is home often, we are told he has some separation anxiety (undetermined) - prone to yeast infections if his folds are not cleaned on the regular -UTD on shots -50 lbs A home with a fenced yard is preferred.
