As a feral dog, Baby Blue is an expert at navigating the outdoors and finding food and shelter. She has a lean, muscular body that is well-suited for running and hunting. Her coat is a beautiful shade of blue-gray, which blends in perfectly with her surroundings. Despite her wild nature, Baby Blue is not aggressive towards humans. She is wary of strangers, but once she gets to know you, she can be incredibly loyal and affectionate. She loves to play and explore, and is always up for a good adventure. Although she is feral, Baby Blue has a deep sense of independence and a strong spirit. She is a survivor who has learned to adapt to her environment and overcome the challenges of living in the wild. With her intelligence, courage, and resilience, Baby Blue is a true inspiration to all who know her.

Her life didn’t start out easy — she came from very poor living conditions and spent most of her early years kenneled as a mill breeding mama. When she first arrived in foster care, she was understandably guarded and broken, unsure of what love even looked like. But with time, patience, and kindness, Bosie Bear bloomed. Today, Annabella is a confident, independent, and extraordinarily affectionate girl who has discovered how wonderful life can be. Once she trusts you, she gives her whole heart — and then some. When it comes to human love, she truly knows no limits. Cuddles? Yes. Belly rubs? Absolutely. Being your shadow? 100%. No amount of affection is ever enough for this sweet girl. Annabella does wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playdates, especially the fun, rough-and-tumble kind. She also adores kids of all ages and is incredibly gentle with younger children, making her a beautiful family companion. She enjoys short walks, but true to her bulldog nature, she prefers to take life at a snail’s pace. Calvin is our oldest resident here at the shelter, a true gentle soul. He’s an elderly gentleman with a calm spirit and a kind heart. Calvin has a tumor on his belly, and because of his age and medical needs, he’s often been overlooked. But what he wants is simple: a loving home where he can spend the rest of his days feeling safe and cherished. Calvin is wonderfully well-behaved, fully trained, and ready to settle right in. He does great in playgroup with nearly every dog at the shelter. There isn’t a dog he doesn’t like and his easygoing, lovable personality makes him a joy to be around. All Calvin dreams of now is a soft couch, a warm home, and someone to call his own. He’d be the perfect couch potato companion
