Story
We took Waffle in last summer. He was originally brought to the local humane society as a stray. He enjoys playing hard and dropping from exhaustion when he is worn out. Gives good cuddles. Very happy dog. Just a little too busy to give him the full attention he deserves. Looking for a good home that can give him all the cuddles he wants and someone who can give him more attention.

Story
Rocky is a 14-year-old bulldog/boxer mix who has spent his entire life as a beloved family dog. He is loyal, gentle by nature, and has always been happiest just being near his people. He loves being a part of a family. As he has aged, Rocky has developed arthritis that causes chronic pain and vision loss that makes him easily startled. Because of this, sudden movement or unexpected touch can frighten him, and he has recently reacted by snapping when surprised. He is not aggressive at heart, but he no longer feels secure in a busy home environment. We have a toddler in the home who has just begun walking, and while Rocky usually avoids her when he sees her coming, the startle responses have become a safety concern for both him and our youngest. After many emotional family conversations, we realized the kindest and safest choice is to find Roky a quiet, predictable, low-stress home where he can live out his final years feeling safe and cared for.
