London is a 4 month old female Shar Pei/Terrier mix... you tell us! She is a unique gal, very cute, very playful and so happy to see anyone! Our adoption hours are Tuesday-Friday 3-6PM and 1-5PM on the weekends. We are located in Burlington, Iowa. All dog adoptions include a health exam, Rabies, DHPP and Distemper vaccinations, Heartworm check, Sterilization and post surgical pain medication. All cat adoptions include A health check up, FLV and FiV screening, FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, sterilization with pain medications. HOW TO ADOPT: This dog is available for adoption by appointment. To schedule a time to meet this dog, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---- Playful, friendly and sweet; loves to cuddle and likes to be doing whatever you or her dog friends are doing - Seems to like all types of toys and treats- Knows sit and paw and walks nicely on a leash - Has been doing great with potty training but still has an occasional accident- Used to being in her crate when her foster family leaves and does great- Seems to get along with every dog in our no matter age or size and loves to play with them - We don't know her history with kids or cats All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. Primary Color: Black Weight: 44 Age: 0yrs 10mths 2wks

This is Cruz: He’s extremely loving and playful and very confident and smart. He’s got a big personality and is such a handsome big boy. Cruz makes everyone his friend and walks around like he owns the place. He is social and good with other dogs. He does like his own things so feeding in crate or seperaste is recommened but who can blame a guy!! He’s definitely a love bug, and just what every loving family needs!! A happy, sappy, playful and loving boy!! Adopt him SOON!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Have you ever heard on the TV, well a hoarder's house has been raided and ... animals have been seized and sent to the pound or rescue organizations in the area.... WELL, we are FROM just that kind of situation :( The good thing is we were SAVED... the bad thing is that we had to ENDURE the neglect and disgusting home. The BEST thing is we were ALL SAVED by a rescue group who REFUSED to leave even ONE behind...... 30 dogs/pups ALL AT ONCE has been taxing and motivating for the rescuers. If you watch our video, the situation was very very challenging but our rescuers worked their butts off to save us. We are almost all ready for adoption, all the pups are social and ready for their furever homes! The young adults and adults are a little more shy but have been working really hard with our rescuers to be ready for YOU!! We are a unique "breed" mix, lol. Aunts/Uncles/Parents/SIblings... all "living" together. We have Shar Pei, Scruffy dogs, Pit Bull, and maybe Spaniel mixed in there :D We are all pretty much medium sized, 20-50# and cute as HECK!! If you have ever wanted to adopt a rescued dog that NEEDS the best home, WE ARE WAITING RIGHT HERE!!! Please watch our video, empathize with us AND our rescue family and ADOPT!!!! SO SO SO MANY LIVES DEPEND ON IT!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX only)
