Story
We've had Prince since he was 10 weeks old and is now just over 2 years. He has allergies and has to take medication daily. Prince is very lovable, energetic, and loves people. We have a senior cat that he does get along with as well as 2 children. Looking for a home that is able to take care of him and able to keep up with his medications. Only reason we are looking for a rehome is as of late he's been getting more aggressive in his behavior and more territorial around the house.

Story
Ken is a sweet, worried teenager who came to the shelter as a stray. He's not very brave but he's trying really hard! He loves people and bonds quickly and would love to have a person of his very own. So far all the dogs he's met have been too energetic but he does like other dogs. He is looking for another gentle soul to be his friend!

Story
Meet Angel, a senior dog with a heart full of love. She exudes a mellow energy that radiates tranquility, making her the perfect companion for those seeking a calm, peaceful presence in their lives. Angel's independent spirit shines through, showing her resilience and adaptability. She's content to spend time on her own, but also cherishes the moments spent with her human companions. Angel's age has gifted her with wisdom and patience, qualities that make her a truly special pet. Why should Angel be adopted? Because she promises a unique bond, filled with quiet companionship and unwavering loyalty. Her calm demeanor and independent spirit make her a low-maintenance, high-reward addition to any home. Adopt Angel, and let her serene presence bring a touch of tranquility to your life.Angel spent some time in a foster home while she recovered from surgery. During that time we got to learn some wonderful things about her. She is an absolute couch potato! She is quite content lazing around the house and getting cuddles. But she does have a spunky side at times too. While she's typically a quiet girl, she will let you know when neighbors are passing by. One important lesson we learned is that stairs are a deal breaker for her. While she managed to get upstairs once, she could not get herself down, so she said no thank you to the stairs after that. Angel also shared the home with the resident cats. While they were quite shy and weren't interested in saying hello, she also did well leaving them be. Her foster family said she was an overall delight to have in the home.

Story
Minnie is a sweet, loving puppy that is playful and inquisitive. She has that classic wrinkly/rolly skin. She is cuddly, learning commands, loyal and protective, but gets along well with our smaller dog and 7 year old child. She is *mostly* house trained and will stand by the door and whine to go out, she's crate trained and does not bark a whole lot. Minnie is finding her feet improving daily on coordination and agility, loves to play with toys, enjoys being outside, taking walks, treats, ice cubes and being around her people.

Story
Mr Wrinkles is almost 1 year old. He is 8 months old right now, and he does not want to spend his birthday here! He is excited to have a home and a family of his own that he can grow up and be a dog in. He is trained and knows his basic commands. He is so smart that he even knows how to ring a bell when he needs to go pody! He does well meeting people and loves everyone that he meets! Including kids. He does well with other dogs and seems nonreactive to cats. He is very "chill" and observant. He is affectionate, but does not need to be on you. He is such a wonderful dog who will demonstrate loyalty and love! He likes to be near his humans. His adopter will need to understand that sharpeis can have significant health issues that can be expensive.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets. We can never guarantee the breeds of the animals. We do not DNA test. Please feel free to call us with any questions.

Story
Make sure you let us know you saw Bruno on Adopt-a-pet.*In a foster home, call for meet/greet* Talk about a lug head, this big guy was found as a stray by a vet tech who tried to find his owner. With no luck he ended up at the shelter. Bruno quickly showed us what a ham he is, he's quite the crooner too! Bruno does bark to get your attention and when he's excited. This smart pup knows sit, shake, down, he comes when called, enjoys walks (he's strong), loves to romp around the yard, loves to "fish" out of the pool, and has done well with the canine friends he's met, he will not share toys and shows some possessiveness of them. Bruno is a big boy, with a big heart, he loves everyone. We say no small children due to his size and tendency to chew up toys. If you've been looking for a a big pup that doesn't require a lot of work make sure to visit with Bruno Mars!
