A great travel companion, Ollie rides beautifully in the car—quiet, relaxed, and happy to go wherever life takes him. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and carries himself with a friendly, regal composure that makes him a pleasure to be around. Ollie has a medium energy level: he enjoys his walks and playtime, but afterwards, he’s the picture of tranquility—content to lounge peacefully by your side. Bella the sharpei has been in our rescue for the last six months. She was owner surrendered because her owner was in very poor health. Bella is three years old and weighs 45 lbs. She spent a lot of her life outside. When we took her in she was suffering from heartworms, entropion in both eyes and yeast infection in her ears. All has been treated! She has had surgery for spay and entropion. She is heartworm free. She is housetrained. She tolerates other dogs fairly well. She is an independent girl who appears aloof but somehow is always near. She is a loyal dog. Her adoption fee is $200 After reading this pet's info, if you are still interested in adopting, please fill out the online adoption application found at realgooddogrescue.com The ideal home for this Real Good Dog will have a secure fenced yard. A solid history of excellent vet care for current or previous pets is required. Preference will be given to applicants who have specific breed experience and own their own home. Meet Pauletta: A Strong and Sweet Survivor Pauletta is a striking fawn and white English Bulldog pit mix with a heart as big as her muscles. At around 6 to 7 years old and weighing about 60 lbs, Pauletta is as strong as an ox—she’s got the power of a linebacker and could easily pull a grown man off his feet! Even a pinch collar doesn’t slow her down. Despite her strength, Pauletta is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. She adores massages and will happily relax by your side when given some love and attention. Pauletta’s story is one of resilience. She was confiscated as part of a cruelty case when she was just about a year old, but that hasn’t dimmed her spirit. Now, she’s ready for a forever home where she can be safe and loved. Because of her strong personality, Pauletta isn’t great with other dogs. She tends to be a bit of a bully, nudging them around as if to challenge them, so she’s best suited for a home where she can be the only pet. Due to her strength and temperament, she should be exercised in a backyard rather than on the street.
