Story
Pingu is a sweet, playful pup who loves being around his people. He can be a little timid at first, but once he feels comfortable, his fun and affectionate personality shines through. He’s a great walking buddy and does wonderfully on a leash, making him a fun companion for strolls. His favorite things include playtime, relaxing on the couch, and being close to his humans. He’s the kind of dog who enjoys being part of the family and would love a home where he can share lots of love, attention, and cozy time. Pingu is a smart guy who knows what he likes — tasty chicken, fish, and beef snacks are the way to his heart! He’s eager to bond with his people and has lots of love to give that will keep you smiling. He is house trained, good with other dogs, is working on crate training, and does well at bathtime. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who loves fun, affection, and being part of the household, Pingu may be your perfect match! Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
