Say hello to Shiloh!
Shiloh is eight month old mixed breed sweetheart and she is ONE SMART COOKIE! Unlike some of her shelter besties in playgroup who might be a little slow to pick up on basic training, Shiloh LOVES to learn new tricks. And she picks them up FAST. The person here that has taken her on as their project dog is always impressed at how quickly she learns. She already knows sit, stay, down, give paw, and loves a game of fetch.
She is also great with other dogs and keeps up with the energy no matter how high. She would make a great working dog or hiking/running companion especially since she is basically still a pup. Don't get us wrong - she loves to snuggle too so really she's the best of both worlds. She's fixed, heartworm negative, and ready for her next adventure with you!

Shiloh's $300 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!

A staff member will reach out if your application is approved to discuss the adoption process. No fenced in yard required, and YES - we adopt to families with children! The adoption will not be final until the adoption contract is discussed and signed. Transports are arranged for specific dates, typically within 1-3 weeks of approving your application.
