Story
James was adopted into a home with other dogs but is having difficulty with sharing the home. His adopter has made the difficult decision to rehome James. He is a 2 year old Poodle/Doberman/Akita. He is neutered and was just seen at the vet for a check up. When asked to describe James, we were told he is loving, playful and quick to learn. If you are looking to add an easy companion who prefers the company of people over other animals, send us an email at support@almosthomeri.org We are asking a donation be made to the rescue in lieu of our standard adoption fee.

For an application please go to: Rpacirescue.org. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. She and her family were surrendered to precious paws from someone who wanted to breed goldendoodles but realized they got in over their head and reached out for help. This beautiful girl is still very much a puppy, with plenty of playful energy, curiosity, and love to give. Pearl is sweet, affectionate, and playful and loves being around her people. She also does well with other dogs and enjoys having furry friends to keep her company and share in her puppy adventures. Like any young pup, Pearl is still learning about the world and will need a family willing to give her the patience, guidance, and love she needs as she grows. But if you're looking for a fun-loving companion who will happily become your best friend, Pearl could be your girl! She has so much love to give and is ready to find the family who will love her for all the years ahead.

Her and her family were surrendered to precious paws by someone who was trying to breed golden doodles and realized they were in over their head and asked for help. Ivory is sweet, loving, playful, and affectionate. She enjoys being around people and loves getting attention, but she’s also happy to settle down and enjoy some quiet time. She does great with other dogs and loves having furry friends around. She’s at that perfect age where she’s still playful and curious, but she’s also beginning to develop into the wonderful young dog she’ll become. With a loving family, some patience, and plenty of affection, Ivory is going to make someone an amazing companion. She’s ready to leave puppyhood behind with a family who will love her through all of life’s adventures and give her the forever home she deserves. If you think that may be you please contact us!
