Rhett is a happy-go-lucky Labradoodle with a heart full of love and a personality that will keep you smiling! This sweet boy is the definition of a loyal companion—he loves to stay close to his person and quickly becomes your little shadow wherever you go. Rhett is not only adorable, but he’s also incredibly well-mannered and eager to learn. He’s crate trained, house trained, and already picking up on great habits in his foster home. He’s mastered waiting patiently for his meals (even with a wagging tail and a little scoot closer!) until he hears the magic words, “okay, go!” He’s also learned boundaries like a pro—even resisting the temptation to follow his humans everywhere by respecting off-limit spaces. This smart pup is very trainable and has already made big progress—like learning how to navigate stairs (he was a little clumsy at first, but he’s getting the hang of it!). He has great recall, walks nicely on a leash, and loves nothing more than a good game of fetch. Rhett is friendly with everyone he meets and does wonderfully with other dogs. He’s playful, affectionate, and always ready for fun, making him the perfect addition to a loving home looking for a joyful, devoted companion. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule we cannot keep him. Our heart is broken to let him go, but we also know that is not fair for him to be in a house all by himself all day with only 2 hours of human interaction. Gus is a 9-year-old labradoodle mix with lots of energy and love! He’s the perfect balance of active and affectionate—happy on long walks or curled up for cuddles. Minimally shedding thanks to his labradoodle roots, he’ll need seasonal grooming/ trimming to keep his coat healthy. Gus would do best in an adult home or with teens, ideally with a securely fenced yard to explore safely. He’s very food-motivated, though a bit protective of his food, so an experienced owner is ideal. He’s a fan of car rides, so would be best suited with a family who does not require frequent travel. Gus is loyal, loving, and ready to bring joy to the right home.

Sweet Bowie is so happy a family's little boy picked him to be their next foster and leave the county shelter! He spent some time decompressing and learning to be part of a family before going to a new foster home with a lot of fun dogs to play with and learn more about daily life. He is now part of the everyday routine which includes group wrestling, trying to catch water from the hose, pig piling in the house and joining his family for snuggles. Bowie is gaining his confidence day by day and showing what a smart boy he is! Bowie's foster mom says that he is such an engaging little boy and there is something very endearing about him, like a small child seeing the world with wonder as he learns. He is totally perplexed where the water goes when the spray hose is turned off! He is great on a leash, house trained now and figuring it all out day by day. He likes sofa and bed snuggles and has learned cues from the older dogs so that he is now not "an annoying little brother". Bowie would probably do best with other dogs in his life best as they seem to be a great teacher for him - another family dog or attending doggy daycare. Bowie is about 8 months old, crate and house trained. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his vetting. Meet Mr. Laid Back! Preacher is the king of snuggles and has perfected his couch potato act! This 3 year old boy has been overlooked for too long and we are on an active campaign to get him in his forever home where he can have his very own family to tell him everyday how perfect he is. Preacher's foster mom has know him for quite some time as she volunteers at the shelter he lived at, he has always been one of her favorites. When cold hit and outdoor pups needed to be in she took him home to live with her dogs.... and he stayed as a foster! She says "he is a big puddle of love and so warm and squishy, he's the best snuggler. He is an overall lower energy dog. He gallops to fetch the ball then lays down next to me with it when he comes back. He is good with dogs big and small, and seems uninterested in cats. He is currently on journey of learning about the world since his experiences were limited in the shelter." Preacher is about 90lbs and admittedly needs to drop a few pounds. He is house and crate trained, neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vetting.
