Story
Meet Charlie,Charlie is a sweet, spirited little dog with a lot of love to give, but she does have some significant challenges. She struggles with anxiety and is very reactive with other dogs. She's currently on medication that's helping to reduce her stress, but she will need a patient, experienced adopter who is committed to continuing her training and providing a calm, structured environment.Charlie thrives with activity and mental stimulation and enjoys walks, toys, and treats (chicken-free only!). She needs a home with a yard where she can safely release her energy, as her reactivity makes apartment living too stressful for her. With consistency, patience, and understanding, Charlie has the potential to be a loving, loyal companion who brings affection, energy, and personality to her home every day. She's not a beginner dog, but for the right person, she can be an incredibly rewarding companion***Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Charlie's person? Story
Meet Carly!Carly is a 2-year-old dog who's had a challenging time recently. She was surrendered after her previous owner faced some difficult circumstances and could no longer provide the care she needed for her hip and back leg issues. Carly will be getting her TPLO surgery soon and will need some time to recover, but with the right care, we're confident she'll be back on her feet and ready for a pain-free future.Carly is a shy girl at first, and it may take her a little while to warm up to new people. But once she feels comfortable, she's incredibly loyal and will stick by your side. She loves to cuddle, and while she's still adjusting, she's got a sweet and quiet presence that's sure to make her a cherished companion. Carly also enjoys being outside and playing, though she's taking it easy right now as she focuses on healing.Carly will need a calm and patient home where she can feel safe and loved as she recovers. Once she's fully healed, we believe she'll be the kind of dog who's always by your side, ready to enjoy life and share a strong bond with her new family.***Thank you for your interest in adopting!
