Story
Sunshine is a mixed breed Pitbull terrier. I am unsure what she is actually mixed with though. I adopted her at the Chula Vista Animal Shelter. I've had her for about 2 years, but I am in the military so it's hard to give her the attention she needs. I really want her with a family that can give her the love and attention she needs. She loves to play, so I would love for her next family to have a closed off yard because she loves to be outside soaking up the sun. She always have lots of energy and loves people and kids. She really lives up to her name.

Story
Cane is looking for a forever home. We brought him home from the shelter in October with the hope that, after orthopedic surgery and recovery, he would grow into a livestock guardian role here on the farm. He has done wonderfully through surgery and healing, but as he settled in, it became clear that farm life is just not the best fit for him. Cane is a loving, people-oriented dog who truly wants to be where his humans are. Cane deserves a home where he can be a beloved companion. He is potty trained, has never been destructive, loves lounging indoors or out, and would happily snuggle on the couch with his family. He plays well with other dogs and thrives on human interaction. Cane’s biggest quirk is that he can get a little overly enthusiastic when greeting people and may jump up in excitement. With continued guidance and consistency, this is something that can be improved. He’s also believed to be about 1 to 2 years old so as he grows he will out grow some of that puppy energy.
