Story
Heidi was born July 2019 and we adopted her from a person in Georgia. Heidi is part German Shepard and Labrador. She shows her German Shepard traits and is very obedient. She likes to chase a ball but usually drops it after a short while. She is very treat/food orientated; sitting when ordered. Heidi is very kind and loving; thinks she is a lap dog (80 lbs). We do not allow her on couches nor beds but my family members usually let her cheat when my wife and I are not looking. She is routinely around my nearly 2 year old grandson and she has never growled nor snapped. She just gets up quietly and moves. My sons love the dog along with my sister and family, but they cannot take Heidi. When I take her to routine vet appointments, she patiently lets the doc take stool samples and give shots. No biting nor growling. We are trying to rehome her because of our busy schedule.

Story
Rehoming a Protective Pit Bull – Experienced Home Only We are looking for an experienced, adult-only home for our pit bull who needs firm structure, clear boundaries, and ongoing professional training. He is deeply loyal and affectionate with his owners and forms strong bonds with the people he trusts. In the home, he is loving, attentive, and thrives on routine and leadership. His challenge is protective behavior, which has resulted in multiple bite incidents. Because of this, he is not suitable for homes with children, visitors, or frequent guests. He would do best with: • An experienced handler familiar with strong, protective breeds • A low-traffic household • Someone committed to professional behavioral training • Secure fencing and controlled environments This decision is heartbreaking, but safety — for him and for others — has to come first. We are committed to finding the right fit, not just any placement, and will be selective to ensure his future success.
