Hey! I'm Macy, the ultimate cuddle enthusiast. I've been a supermom, raising a whole squad of adorable puppies, and now it's my turn to find a forever home where the love flows as freely as the belly rubs!Life with me is seamless. You name it - lazy afternoons with my Snoopy blanket, adventures in the great outdoors, or maybe just chilling at home with you I'm up for it all. I enjoy shopping for bones at the pet store, leisurely strolls through Lowe's, and brunch on a patio. Who doesn't love brunch? I'm not just a dog; I'm a cultured companion with a gentle and calm vibe. Now, here's the scoop: While I may not be the life of the party at a bustling dog park, I'm all about calm hangouts. I get along with other dogs, so whether you have another dog or it's just us, I'm happy either way. I'm gentle around kids too.I'm crate trained, a pro at loose leash walking, and I love a good stroll or jog around the neighborhood. Tricks for treats? Count me in! I'm a smart cookie who learns quickly and loves to show off a bit for some tasty rewards. If you're looking for a calm companion who knows the art of relaxation, appreciates a good adventure, and has a heart full of love, look no further. Adopt me, Macy and let's go on an adventure... or sleep... I'm down either way! Apply at www.fursisters.org today!Additional information: We are not a shelter. All of our dogs are at private fosters. We only set up meets with approved adopters. If you want to meet our adoptable dogs, many pups will be at Brewhound for Fur Sisters Friday most Fridays from 6-8 pm.Adopters are chosen based on the best fit for each dog, it is not first come, first served. We do not 'hold' dogs. Please note: we have many dogs who are not yet listed as available due to the availability of volunteer time to post or because they are puppies. Story
Annie, a lovable furry friend currently up for adoption through Fur Sisters, is a delightful companion who has quickly found her place in a warm, loving foster home. Eating well and feeling comfortable, Annie's contentment is evident in her behavior and interactions with humans. She possesses an extraordinary aptitude for human companionship, effortlessly adapting to various individuals, including men, women, and children. One remarkable trait of Annie is her exceptional house-training skills. Rather than having accidents indoors, she cleverly communicates her need to go outside by playfully indicating her intentions. Recognizing her need for a bathroom break becomes a fun opportunity to engage in playtime. It is a testament to Annie's intelligence and eagerness to build a strong bond with her future owner. Furthermore, Annie exhibits promising signs of trainability. Her ability to sit and stay demonstrates her willingness to learn and follow instructions. While on walks, she generally maintains a calm demeanor and does not pull excessively. Annie's cooperative attitude reflects her desire to connect and be a well-behaved companion. However, it is important to note that Annie does carry some emotional baggage from her past experiences. During a test with a submissive dog, she initially appeared comfortable. Unfortunately, Annie's suppressed trauma resurfaced as she started trembling with fear. This behavior reveals that she needs an owner who understands and empathizes with her past and is willing to invest extra effort in her socialization with other animals. Given Annie's history, she would thrive in a home as an only dog, with someone experienced in handling dogs and committed to providing the attention and patience Annie requires. An individual who can offer a secure environment and dedicate the necessary time and effort to gradually socialize Annie with other animals would be a perfect match. If you are up for helping Annie overcome her past and building a trusting relationship with her, she will reward you with loyalty and unconditional love. With your capable guidance, Annie has the potential to blossom into an extraordinary companion and a cherished member of your family. Consider opening your heart and home to Annie, and together, embark on a journey of healing and companionship.Apply at www.fursisters.org today!Additional information:We are not a shelter. Story
He’s around 1yr’s old and is very playful and loves TOYS! He Is potty trained and is Crate Trained !He Doesn’t Bark he Gets along with other dogs! The only issue I have is he loves digging holes in the backyard! Could be from boredom and not getting the exercise a dog needs! I have recently bought him large Kongs and been filling them with stuff which has stopped him from digging! The reason for rehoming is I have a special needs grandson that is scared of him! And since he sometimes jumps on him! My grandson thinks he’s gonna do it all the time no matter if he doesn’t jump on him he’s still very scared! I think there is a better home for Rambo out there! We love him but this living situation is what it is and I think it’s for the best!

Story
Trina is a very playful and energetic dog. She is nearly 2 years old, and she never meets a stranger. She is very sociable with other dogs and with other people. She has a mild manner, and she is very loving. Trina has separation anxiety when living with a single person, so the perfect adopter would be someone who has other dogs, school age children, or an active family. She would also do well with someone who is athletic and who likes to share their athleticism with her. She loves to run!! And she loves attention!! She is a good girl, and the only reason she cannot stay with her current owner is due to the owner being recently diagnosed with a medical condition. Trina takes a daily dose of Omeprazole 20mg to help with stomach issues. She easily takes this small pill with her peanut butter snack. Trina is ready to go home with you!!
