Story
Rubi is about 3 years old and is a black German Shepard. We adopted Rubi about 6 months ago, she is a very loving and a cuddle dog. She has some anxiety about when we leave which has made it hard for us to both have a job in a small apartment. Rubi is great with other dogs and would be amazing with a yard but she doesn't like cats.

Story
Bodhi spent his first two years isolated and neglected. I fostered him through adoption in Feb 2025, specifically to help him become his best self. In 8 months, Bodhi learned all about the big world outside his kennel and has grown to be an incredible dog with a natural love for other dogs, people, and playing. He is not much of a barker, but will talk. He walks both on and off leash. He currently has learned 21 commands, including all the basics… Outside, Inside, Sit, Stay, Wait (pause - not stay), Lay down, Leave it, Drop it, Stop (stop doing what you are doing), No (never do that again), Back (back up, close gap when walking), This way (takes the wrong fork in the path), Come here (come to me and wait), Over here (come back into my bubble), Heel (right side), Break (free), Listen (focus, recalibrate), Be nice (be easy) Fun commands… Sit up (sit pretty, beg…), Walk it (walk a retaining walk, log…), Hugs. He is currently working on crawl.

Story
Young, sweet pitbull baby name Bruno. My mom recently suffered a fall less than 6 months after her and my dad adopted this sweet boy and they are no longer able to give him the care or training he needs. He is fairly young (less than 2 years old) and starting to learn many commands but needs someone who is able to offer him consistent training and energetic release. He loves hiking, camping, dog parks, couch cuddling, running. He is absolutely fabulous in the car even for long road trips. We've had many dogs over the years and know that he will be the perfect companion with a little bit more structure and strong owners. He needs a tall fenced yard as he is able to jump the short one. Ideally a dog door. Luckily he is not a runner and comes on command. He's great with other dogs (loves playing with our pitty mix.) but I would watch him around cats. Not recommended for a home with elderly family members or super small children until he's had training to learn not to jump.
