Story
Hi, there! I'm your future buddy, Ace, and I've got a heart full of love to share! I'm a bubbly and energetic guy, always ready for some fun and adventure. Life is so much sweeter when we're together, and I can't wait to make new friends. I absolutely adore playtime. Whether it's a game of fetch, a leisurely stroll, or just rolling around in the grass, I'm all in for a good time. So, if you're looking for a companion to bring some excitement to your life, I'm your man. I might be a social butterfly, but I'm not too fond of being left alone outside. When I get lonely, I can get a bit creative with my escapes. I've been known to jump as high as the kennel walls at the shelter, and I don't want to be stuck outside without you. I need to be on a leash when I'm outside, and I promise I'll be the best walking companion you've ever had. I respond well to commands and embrace new experiences with open arms. I'm medium energy when I'm out and about, and I make fast friends with new people. I'm just a bundle of love and loyalty waiting to become part of your family. While I'm a loving and loyal companion, it's important to know that I shouldn't live with small kids, as I can get a bit overprotective of them. I'm not housetrained yet, but with a little patience and guidance, I'm sure I can learn the ropes. I'm all about the journey of growing and learning together. So, What Do You Say?. Let's meet, play, and start a beautiful journey of togetherness. I can't wait to make your life sweeter with my love and enthusiasm. Come say hi and let's embark on this wonderful adventure together!

Story
From Honey's foster mom: "Of all of the fosters that I have had in over a dozen years, Honey is one of my all time favorites. She is so loving, charming & quirky in the most adorable & endearing way. She has so much love to give that she sometimes doesn't know what to do with all of it. Meeting new people is one of Honey's favorite things & she loves to curl up in everyone's laps!     At seven years old she qualifies for our Senior to Senior program, where her fees would be waved for the right person over 65. She is a wonderful companion dog, loves to go for car rides, but is also very content to be a couch potato.     Honey is completely housebroken. She is funny about going outside sometimes & acts like she doesn't want to step on the grass, but in the over 2 months that she has been with me, she has never had an accident in the house.    Honey sometimes has too much love to give (if that is possible) & goes bonkers with excitement when she meets new dogs! She gets so thrilled & can be overbearing to a dog that doesn't match her interest & excitement level. She's absolutely only trying to make friends, but she wants to be BESTIES right away. She would do best with another dog that loves to play & doesn't believe in personal space!      Honey has had chronic skin problems and actually has scars where hair will probably not grow back because of it. She is on a monthly injection now that is really working for her. This can easily be set up through your vet, & she is so worth it!!!    As her foster, I will hate to see her go and I will miss her terribly. I can only hope that she can find someone who will love her as much as she will love them, as her love is endless!"
