Good with kids, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
You wouldn't think as much personality and joyfulness could fit into a wiggly and happy 32-pound, 9½-month-old good girl, but Juniper is proof that it can! She is so lovable and believes she is a lap dog! Snuggling seems to be a part of her DNA! Juniper would be happiest to be the only furbaby in her new home. She loves attention and is so connected to her people that we want her to be totally content on her own. If kiddos in the home are about 8ish and up, we think she'd love to be their fursister! Going for walks and car rides, cuddling, and running are a few of her favorite activities. Tennis balls and stuffed animals are her choice of toys but blankies are always #1 in Juniper's mind. She loves them! She's such a smart girl! Juniper knows how to sit, lay down, come and stay. She also is a great fetch-player! A home without kitty friends would make her happiest! Juniper is spayed; come adopt her!

Story
When you ask MHS staff and volunteers what we think about Arnie, you're bound to hear the following words..."hambone"..."goofball"..."total charmer"...and the list could go on and on. Arnie is 73 pounds of happiness and wiggles. He instantly brightens any room he goes into. Stuffed animals and tasty snackies are his two favorite things. He knows how to sit like a gentleman and he also takes treats politely. If there is a fluffy stuffy, Arnie is all-in to play fetch! Then he carries them around proudly; it's really the cutest thing. Arnie would love to be adopted by someone who likes to be active but also likes to chill out. He's well-balanced; he's energetic and ready-to-go but we could also see him not wanting to miss an afternoon nap. Arnie hasn't been with us for super long so we will be having him meet other shelter pets very soon! From what we have observed so far, he's had great body language with other dog friends. He is a bit rough-housy at first but he really just wants to try to play. Kiddos should be about 8ish and older and he Arnie asks for a home without kitty friends. Come on over to meet this hunk! Arnie is about one-and-a-half years old and is neutered.

Story
Meet Tidbit! He is about 3½-months-old, is about 25 pounds, is neutered and he is available for adoption! But keep reading! Tidbit is in a foster home! Do not stop by MHS to meet him...he won't be there! If you want to adopt Tidbit, your first step is to email us at pets@michianapets.org to request an application. Here is a tidbit of information on Tidbit from his foster mom: "Tidbit is an adorable cuddlebug. He’s snoring on my lap as I type right now, lol. He’s behaved in his crate and sleeps there through the night with no accidents. He sits and takes treats politely. He’s still catching onto potty-training, but has made huge progress pretty quickly. Tidbit plays well with other dogs. And being the nosey boy he is, he is curious about others' food bowls. His favorite toy is a knotted sock and he’s notorious for stealing blankets and running off with them. He’s a social little nugget with tons of affection to give!" For anyone interested in adopting Tidbit, we'd love to see him enrolled in puppy training and socialization classes! That will be a great way to set him up for success as an adult dog. Tidbit is so cute, so entertaining and is such a good boy. Remember! Email us if you'd like to adopt Tidbit!
