Meet Sasha! 🌟 At just 3 years old, Sasha has already overcome so much. She was picked up by Franklin County in April after being hit by a car on I-670, suffering pelvic and hip fractures. But this brave girl didn’t let that stop her! 💪🐾 She’s fully healed and runs, plays, and enjoys life to the fullest. Sasha’s a spayed German Shepherd with a big heart and a big personality. She’s smart, protective, sometimes silly — and absolutely devoted once she bonds with you. She loves a good game of tug, chasing Jolly balls, and keeping watch over her yard like a true Shepherd queen. 👑 Her foster mom says Sasha has come a long way with patience, structure, and training. She’s working with trainer and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. She needs someone experienced who understands the strong, loyal spirit of a GSD. ✅ Crate trained ✅ Great in the yard with a secure fence ✅ Sweet, affectionate, and hilarious once she trusts you 🚫 Best in a home without small kids or small animals Sasha’s perfect match? Looking for a cute little lady to be your new sidekick? Meet Pip! Pip came to us as a stray, and no one came forward to claim her. We aren't sure how Pip ended up on the streets, but she is ready for a fresh start. Pip is a happy, rough-and-tumble type of lady with that signature pittie personality. She is rambunctious, outgoing, and happy as can be! Pip does okay with other dogs. She may need some help learning manners with positive reinforcement based training, but she is very food motivated and ready to learn! If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Pip home. Meet Chase! Chase came to us as a stray, in absolutely terrible condition. Emaciated and starving, with a necrotic tail full of maggots that needed to be amputated. Chase is now back to a healthy weight and sporting an adorable half tail. When we found Chase's owner, we were told that he had been missing over a month. Unfortunately Chase's owner did not to come reclaim him, and we are not sure why. He is the best boy! Chase spent quite some time in foster, and his foster family has lots of good things to say about him! He is potty trained, crate trained, and a big fan of toys! He loves to play with both people and other dogs, and would enjoy having another doggy playmate at home. Chase is a social butterfly and has loved every human he has met, he's always ready to make friends! Chase will need a home without cats. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Chase home.
