Story
Felix is a 2-year-old neutered Husky/Australian Cattle Dog mix who was rescued just hours before euthanasia in Roswell, NM—and he’s been making the most of his second chance ever since. He’s a smart, energetic, food-motivated boy who loves puzzle toys, running, and being part of the action. Felix thrives with structure and active owners who enjoy walks, hikes, or a big yard where he can stretch his legs. He knows basic commands (sit, down, wait) and is eager to learn more. Felix bonds deeply with his people and loves attention. He has done well with similarly sized or confident dogs but has a high prey drive and is not suitable for homes with cats, small dogs, or small animals. He is best suited for an adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy teens, as he can be sensitive to sudden movements. Felix is ready for a home that understands him and will give him the guidance, activity, and loyalty he deserves.Theresa Meyer ( Foster Mom)Friends of Roswell Animalshttps://forarescue.org

Story
We received Canyon from a friend who found her. She is roughly 5 years old, and around 90-100 lbs. She tends to sleep during the day, and usually likes at least 1 walk per day. She's talkative like a typical husky and will talk when she wants something. She gets along well with cats and kids!

Story
Hi, my name is Neal! I am a sweet, loving German Shepherd/Terrier mix who gets along great with other dogs and is learning to walk on a leash — one adventure at a time! 🐾 I have been waiting for my forever family for a while now, and I promise I am worth the wait. I love people, I love other dogs, and I have a whole lot of love to give. I was born January 20, 2026. I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $75.
