Sissy is sending her wish to Santa to find her furever family   This sweet girl was found as a stray at a well-known dumping area, skinny, alone, and afraid. After spending the week with her, I don't understand how anyone could abandon this sweetheart of a dog.   Sissy is a 1 year old, 70 lb, looks to be Anatolian Shepherd mix. She is so loving and still a little timid. She has deemed herself our night watchdog and so far has alerted and protected us from: her reflection in the window, her reflection in the fireplace, my reflection in the window (Sis is really concerned about this woman and giant dog that keep trying to break into our house!!!), the deer, the wreath hitting the door, and her reflection... several other times.    She is a clumsy puppy in some ways still and may have some growing left to do, or may just need to figure out how to coordinate these long legs with the rest of her body.    She is housebroken, quiet in her crate, microchipped, spayed, and UTD on vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention. Sissy has been fantastic with all 9 other dogs here (all sizes, breeds, ages, male l, and female), ignored the cat, and loves the humans.
