Meet Felix! 🐾 Felix is a 4-year-old Shepsky (German Shepherd/Husky mix) looking for a loving home with an experienced dog owner, preferably without young children or other pets. Felix is smart, sweet, affectionate, loyal, and silly. He loves his people and has so much personality. Unfortunately, due to changes in our family circumstances, we have made the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home. As our family has grown and we now have an increasingly mobile and curious toddler, we no longer feel our home is the right environment for him. Felix does have a history of food and toy guarding, which is why we feel he would be safest without young children or other dogs. He has had some training in the past, though it has not been intensive. We are looking for someone experienced, patient, and willing to continue his training and give him the structure and attention he deserves. Our biggest priority is finding Felix a safe, loving home where he can thrive. ❤️

Hi, my name is Remington - nice to me you! I am listed as "special needs" because my vision is limited due to cataracts. I am not in any pain but I do need steroids - eye drops - the cost is about $12 a month using an online pharmacy. Even though my eyesight is limited, it doesn't slow me down! One of my favorite things to do is to play fetch - we play every night! Check out my video in my bio pics - I think I'm pretty good (as long as the ball isn't thrown too far), don't you? I am a silly girl who just likes to play. I get along really well with people and dogs. One of my favorite things is playing with my foster siblings - even though I will play with everyone, I usually will gravitate towards one pal at a time. I can be a little reserved at first with my humans but once I trust you, I'm very affectionate and like to give hugs! ***Special needs - I need eyedrops for my cataracts*** ADOPTION FEE: $300 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained) ADOPTER: MUST have breed experience BIRTHDAY: 9/28/22 FENCE: Required (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Yes DOGS IN HOME: Yes CATS: Unknown CHILDREN: Yes - 8 years and older I AM READY TO GO HOME!! Dragon is a very loving but shy dog. He prefers women to men and acts like he was abused by a male in the past. He is wonderful with my 2 kids under 6 and all the neighbor kids love playing with him. He was found abandoned and we rescued him. He had severe issues with our other dog in the beginning but gets along with him now. he has a tendency to be aggressive towards other dogs and has gotten into fights with the neighbors dog. He is full of energy and rambunctious but is a lover. He DEFINITLY needs a fenced in yard. Have a kennel and toys as well as food that goes with him.

I am a super good girl with a side of typical Husky stubbornness. Just like a husky, I can be vocal but I quiet quickly. I am super sweet but I will definitely lead the pack! I am a perfect blend of sweet and spicy! My foster mom says I have a very well rounded, balanced personality. I tend to be a little shy at first but I warm up quickly. I love to play with my siblings, big or small, and love to explore everything. I recently met some kiddo's and I liked them too. Oh, yeah, I am quite an avid runner too - I LOVE it! I run with my foster dad and keep perfect time with him. When my running harness comes out - I am ready to go! If you are looking for a confident, spunky sweetheart - I'm your gal!!
