Meet Chloe 🌸 Chloe is a beautiful 2-year-old Husky / Australian Shepherd mix with the softest heart once she feels safe. She is sweet, cuddly, and deeply affectionate with her people and loves being close to those she trusts. Chloe can be timid around new people and other dogs at first, but with patience and gentle introductions she warms up and shows her true personality — playful, loving, and fun-loving. Once she’s comfortable, she absolutely shines. She loves playing fetch, enjoys being active, and is always happy to join you on an adventure. Chloe would make a wonderful hiking or outdoor companion for someone who enjoys exploring and staying active. Chloe would do best in a calm, experienced home, ideally as an only dog, where she can feel secure and build confidence at her own pace. She is being rehomed through no fault of her own — she does not get along with our older dog, and for everyone’s safety we’re unable to keep her. We are urgently looking for a new home or foster

Age: Approx. 3 years Gender: Male Weight: 65 lbs Breed: German Shepherd Favorites: Treats, playing with people Energy level: Moderate Training: None apparent at this time Other important info about me: Big, lovable teddy bear here! When I first came to the shelter, it was like I was unsure how to be a dog. It appeared I had never been indoors before, had never been on a leash, or played with a toy. I’ve come a long way since I arrived, and now I’m a happy, social guy! I’m opening up into my true personality more and more every day, and I can’t wait to find a new home where I will be loved and included. I appear to be friendly with people of all ages and other dogs, but I haven’t been tested with cats at this time.
