Age: Approx. 5 months Gender: Female Weight: 28 lbs Breed: German Shepherd Mix Favorites: Snuggling with people, toys Energy level: Moderate Training: None apparent at this time Other important info about me: I was pretty timid when I first got to the shelter, but I learned quickly that people are the best! Now I love hanging out with them and most of all, I love snuggles. I’m learning to play with toys and what treats are too. Overall I’m having a pretty great time and starting to show everyone my happy-go-lucky personality, but I’d really like to find a permanent place to call my own. I appear to get along well with people of all ages, other dogs, and cats. Sammie is one handsome Husky who needs one great home! He is now approximately 9 months old and 52 pounds. He gets along well with the resident dog and with visiting children. He rides great in the car and loves the people and other dogs at the vet visits. Sammie is house-trained with the dog door and lets himself outside to play. But, mostly he wants to be with his people! The foster parents say he is incredibly sweet and smart, too! He's been wormed, fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and is receiving regular heartworm prevention. His bags are packed! Sammie is ready to go live life!
