Her body is curly and her face is straight. I will post a before and after grooming but I have more pictures available. Also, I am going to try to get a video of her playing with the other foster dogs in the home. Poor CLAIRE was dumped in a field on the outskirts of town. There was nothing out there but an empty field, she did not have a microchip and was very matted, in a poor condition. CLAIRE stood still for her grooming and had to be bathed twice to get all of the burrs off that was stuck on her coat. CLAIRE desired to be loved more than anything when I brought her into my home, she constantly followed me around for a head rub and just any attention. She knubs my hand to pay attention to her. I have had her in my home for a while to give her time to decompress so I could learn her personality and temperament. She is very playful and the ideal home would be with another playful dog. I think if she is in a home by herself that she would be a velcro dog with her human, having another dog to play with really makes her happy. She plays with the small and large breed dogs in the foster home. She is crate trained and potty trained and even puts herself in her crate when she is ready to take a nap. CLAIRE is only a little 1 year old and still learning, she is treat and food motivated and learns and follows directions very easily. She would make a great pet playmate as well as a human companion. Each dog comes spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice. The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption. They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States.
