He plays with the other fosters in the home and enjoys hanging outside running around. He also likes to just walk around the house as if he is monitoring everyone and everything. He does not destroy or get into anything when I am gone. He is crate trained and potty trained and walks very well on a leash. Even though he is not food aggressive or have other aggressions, he is more comfortable eating in his crate. His crate is his comfort zone and he sleeps in there as well even when the door is open and he has other options. SEAN is 3 years old and 20 pounds and somehow does not beg for table food like the other dogs but he does enjoy hotdogs and cheese. He walks very well on a leash and would probably enjoy getting out for a walk every now and thing because he tends to be nosey and wants to see what is happening. He tends to be a routine kind of guy too. I do not have any cats in my home so I am not able to cat test him, sorry. He is in the picture with STEW who sleeps beside him and they play together very well. Of course being a poodle he will need to be groomed every 5-7 weeks to keep him handsome! He still looks a little sluggish but his surgery to remove both cherry eyes went smoothly and he is healing with no problems. There is NO daily maintenance for upkeep required on him. SAMMY is 3 years old and weighs 11.30 pounds. He is leash trained and rides well in the car. I call SAMMY the daddy of the group of dogs around here because he acts like everyone's loving dad. Especially with the puppies, he cleans them and gently plays with them and he knows what he is doing because he plays a little rougher with the older/bigger dogs. He is a great dog with all of the dogs and if one does not play with him he will get in their face and bark at them for a moment until another dog comes along and plays with him SAMMY is very social and friendly with everyone he meets. He was found on the streets of San Antonio, TX in horrible shape, simply horrible. His mats were at least 10 months old and it took me 2 days to get them off. Oh by the way he looks scruffy and a bit raggedly because I groomed (hacked) him myself so he could have his neuter surgery. I did not have time to have him properly groomed before the surgery. I will clean him up again in a few days and post new pictures of him. SAMMY would do best in a home with another dog that he can play with. He would be bored bad being the only dog. I do NOT have cats in my home so I do not know how he would do with cats and I do not have the ability to cat test him. I know he was on the streets a long time surviving the best he could. This mellow guy is an owner surrender who came from a retired couple that are experiencing medical problems and unable to care for him any longer. Although he is getting along with the foster dogs in my home he is accustomed to be the only dog in the home. I think another mild mannered dog would be a good pet-mate for him or a home where he is the only dog. SAMSON is 4 years old and weighs a plump 31 pounds, he needs to lose about 5 pounds! His former home gave him lots of human food and he is use to being spoiled with it. SAMSON is mostly poodle with some Maltese in him which makes his hair straight in some places but mostly he is curly. The hair on his face is straight and a curly body. He also has a cute speckled nose. He is happy and bounces around on his walks, he loves to go for walks and is very familiar with the car, he jumps right in and watches all of his surroundings. He for sure has poodle in him with his very soft and curly hair but I am not sure what else he is mixed with buy it sure makes a wonderful dog. His chest and legs and stripped black&white. Poor MIKE was found running the streets but nno owner ever came forward after posting him on social media. I am happy to have MIKE in my home and watch him have fun with toys and playing with the other foster dogs. It really warms my heart to see such joy in him, he is very appreciative of being in a home. I let the dogs out often through the backdoor to go potty, I do not have a doggy door and I watch MIKE carefully. He will go to the door to go out but if I am not paying attention he will go on the pee pads. But he is getting the hang of going potty and I am diligently working with him. He will not grow any bigger, walks well on a leash and crate trained. MIKE loves to snuggle and be close to you when he is not playing. TITO came to us horrible matted and rescued from the streets of San Antonio, TX in bad shape. He was so happy to land on a soft bed and was very hungry. I tried to cut his hair and mats off of him but he could use a really good grooming so you can see what a handsome boy he is. TITO has a playful and easy to lucky personality. There are no cats in the home so we do not know how he would get along with them. TITO has settled in very well with the other dogs in the foster home. He plays with big and small but he especially likes hanging around his foster mom, following her from room to room and cuddling with her. Her gets under her foot when her legs are crossed to scratch his back. He rubs himself back and forth until she picks him up and gives him a good rubdown, then he is happy. TITO is house-trained, crate-trained and can be left alone in the home without getting in to anything. He walks well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick.
