Hi! My name is Honey. I am very cute and love to be held. I am a senior. love to curl up in my bed and watch anyone walking by. I have a cute smile that shows my front teethers. I like to stay warm in my little coat or a shirt. I do great with other dogs, cats and kids. I want a warm home to stay safe in, and to be papmpered.To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. Story
Lucy is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. She is a lovely, family-friendly dog with a sweet disposition. Lucy has had recurrent urinary tract infections for 5-6 years now. All imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds) has shown no abnormality. Being on a specialty diet was initially helping, but being around small children whose food she has access to hasn’t been helpful in keeping her strictly on her dog food. We just do not have the time/energy to invest to make sure she is only eating her food, taking daily walks, and receiving the attention she deserves. She is house trained but does have accidents inside when her infections resurface. We will get her shots updated (she is just missing most recent vaccines).
