MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com PJ Rusty is new to our rescue, but here’s what we know so far! This adorable 2-year-old, 10-pound Shih Tzu mix loves to snuggle and shower his people with affection. He’s already proving to be a sweet little companion with a big heart. PJ is nervous, and should not be in a home with children under 16. He LOVES cats the grumpiest of felines will quickly become his best friend, no chasing here just pure love and companionship. Stay tuned for updates as we get to know this little guy better — we can’t wait to share more about him! 💙 If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100. This 7-year-old, 9-pound Shih Tzu mix has already been through so much. He came to us extremely matted and suffering from a very painful eye condition. To relieve his pain, his eye had to be removed — and now this brave little guy is living comfortably with one eye. Even with the discomfort he was in, Oscar has remained incredibly sweet and loving. He was wonderful during grooming and has shown us nothing but kindness and trust. 💕 Please stay tuned for updates as we continue to learn more about this resilient little sweetheart.
