Cupid is here to steal your heart. This sweet, purebred Shih Tzu girl is just 2.5 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. Cupid is a bundle of furry fun who is always ready for PLAY. She is obsessed with squeaky toys and absolutely adores her ball. When she is not entertaining herself or begging her person to throw the ball (or retrieve it from under the couch), she loves wrestling with one of her foster brothers or sisters. When it is time to relax, she switches gears easily and becomes a champion snuggler, always happy to share a sweet kiss or two. Cupid, or 'Cewpie', came from a very loving home. Sadly, her owner made the difficult decision to surrender her due to health concerns so that Cupid could have the life she deserves. Out of respect for her former owner’s wishes, Cupid will only be placed with a younger, active family that has another similarly sized, playful dog for her to bond with. No exceptions. She loves exploring the yard and is ALWAYS up for a walk. Rain, snow, or sunshine - Cupid is an outdoorsy girl! While she may not walk in a perfectly straight line yet, she does quite well on a leash and will be a rockstar in no time. This smart girl has great house manners. She is housebroken, though she previously relied on pee pads due to her owner’s health, and she is quickly getting the hang of doing all her business outside. Cupid does not chew or get into things she should not, which has earned her some freedom to roam a limited area of the house when her foster parents step out. At night, she sleeps soundly in her foster mom’s big bed. She is also cat friendly. Cupid will need regular professional grooming to keep her coat healthy and comfortable. Hannibal is a 6-month-old Shih/Aussie mix who is up to date on all his shots. He is playful, friendly, and loves toys and playing with kids. He has a sweet personality and enjoys being around people. Hannibal is kennel trained and sleeps in his kennel at night without any issues. He does not pee in his kennel. He is doing well with potty training and goes outside to pee. We are looking to rehome Hannibal because, unfortunately, caring for a young dog has become too much responsibility for my parents. This decision was not made lightly, and our priority is finding him a loving home. We are seeking someone who has the time, patience, and compassion to care for a young, active dog and who is looking to add a loving companion to their home. Benny is ready to find his forever home! He was born around June 2025, he is a shih tzu who loves playing with his foster dog sisters, car trips, walks, and treats! He is the best sleeping partner and sleeps all night long without a peep. He is doing pretty well with potty training, but still has accidents here and there because he really does not like to go outside when it is cold and dark, but who can blame him!?! Benny will require a home within 30 minutes of Toledo, where someone can spend a great deal of time with him and who has the patience to go outside to ensure he goes potty. He likes to explore, so a fenced yard where he can run around and get his zoomies out is a must. A vet check and home visit will be required to ensure Benny finds the best ‘best friend’ he deserves.
