Story
Meet Daisy Mae, a precious 7 year old, 5 pound Yorkie girl being fostered in Grapevine, TX. Only Texas applicants will be considered. Daisy May is a 7-year-old Yorkie with a heart as gentle as her name. Weighing just 5 pounds, this little lady came into rescue through no fault of her own...her beloved owner could no longer care for her due to dementia. Despite this big change, Daisy May remains incredibly sweet and trusting. She has a friendly, loving disposition and adores being close to her people. Daisy May is happiest when shes cuddled up on her cozy doggy bed or trotting along behind her foster mommy, making sure shes never too far away. She enjoys companionship, soft affection, and the simple comforts of home. She is going to visit the Doggy Doctor on Monday(1/19/26) to get her vaccinations up to date, get an exam, and afterwards she will be visiting the Doggy Dentist as well to make sure her teethies are okay. Daisy May would be a perfect match for someone looking for a loyal, gentle companion who will bring warmth and quiet joy into their life. Shes ready to spend her golden years showering her new family with love. Could Daisy May be the missing piece of your heart? Story
Meet Charlie This sweet boy is 10 weeks old. He was rescued with his 3 siblings and his mom when he was 2 weeks old. His mom gave birth outside under a pile of trash. Thanks to a volunteer this little family was rescued. They had to go on a 10 hour road trip to make it to their fosters house where he has grown up. His mom has an amazing temperament and weights 10 pounds. We were curious about their breed so we did a DNA test and that revealed that he is 38% Chihuahuas, 14% poodle, 13% Chihuahuas, 11% Jack Russel . We are unsure how big he will get but we don't think he will be more than 18 pounds. Charlie enjoys to play with her siblings, mom and her fosters Chihuahua. He especially loves to sit in his foster moms lap for cuddles. He enjoys toys and a good bully stick. He is pretty good about going potty on the pee pads but he is going to need a family willing to potty train him. He is a puppy so he will need a patient family that can provide training so he can grow up to be a successful dog. Charlie would do best with someone that works from home or is only gone for a few hours a day. He is a small puppy so he will need a secure fenced in yard.Charlie is fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. He will need to be neutered by 6 months at one of our approved vet partners. If there are children in the home they must be over 5 years old for his safety since he's so small. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.
