Story
Maverick is a 5 1/2 year old male cat that was originally adopted from the San Diego Humane Society. He is a very cuddly and sweet boy who loves people. Maverick is a curious, vocal, and active cat who needs lots of play time and a big space to roam freely. His favorite thing to do is make biscuits on his favorite people. Although Mav does get along with some cats, he is generally an Alpha cat who preferably belongs in a single pet home.

Story
Stevie Wonder is an approximately 1 year old Siamese that was found as a stray. We were stunned that he had survived because it appeared he had no eyes and was extremely dehydrated and very underweight. He would barely move. Our first goal was to get some meat on his bones before we underwent his neuter. We got to learn a lot about him during this time and saw that he was a sweet boy that just wanted to hang out with you! When we took him in to our veterinarian, she advised us that he had eyes! He was diagnosed with microphthamalmia, a rare condition where a cat is born with very small eyeballs. We did have to remove them, as they were causing discomfort. Post-surgery, Stevie started wandering around more, gaining weight, and showing curiosity for life! Now this blind boy is ready to find his forever home where he wants to be your one and only baby to just hang out all day!July 26, 2024, 12:08 am

Story
Hi!! My name is "Gipsy" !!! Please read all the way down :) I am a beautiful Lynx Siamese Seal point 18 month old female. I love to give you a high five, and love to be a lap cat - I think I am a princess and I am an alpha cat - therefore, I will not be happy having other cats living with me - I tolerate them - but I like dogs more than I like cats. I was rescued from a breeder - I am glad I was saved to be able to have a wonderful life with my own family which I will bring lots of years of company, love and enjoyment. I love to play with my ball and I have a bird that makes sounds. I use my pole scratcher and I am litter boxed trained.\ I can also be a wonderful therapy companion:) My adoption fee includes my 1st vaccine, spayed. And dewormed, and a free health check up through a local participating vet clinic is included in the adoption fee. In addition, I have been tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) ... Feline Leukemia Virus (FelV) ... having a negative result:) As all rescued fur kids and changing environment, they are going to need love reinforcement; as you know they all come from a tough beginning on their lives and the art of adopting a rescued creature is to bring them to be the best they can be with love and patience. Ready to give them a forever home? Please follow the instructions and start with completing an application at the following link: http://aaofus.org/adoption-application.html We are scheduling meet & greet adoption appointments and keeping a distance protocol. No appointments will be made unless we have received an application; therefore, we can match you with the best fit for you. In addition, to keep you safe and healthy as well as our pups that don't need to be handle by too many people. Appointments are scheduled late afternoons. Please text at 619-576-0747 or email veronica.aaofusa@gmail.com or visit our website at www.aaofus.org and complete our application at the following link: http://aaofus.org/adoption-application.html Due to high volume of calls; NO PHONE calls are accepted at this time - therefore, please text us or email us.
