Story
Cute and cuddly Kimi is a special girl looking for a special home. She is very sweet and loved to be petted and brushed, and she gets along well with other cats and the well-behaved dogs in her foster home. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and has lost one of her eyes and all of her teeth.  Kimi is also diabetic, she takes daily insulin shots, which she doesnt mind at all.  We will provide the insulin, needles and any testing supplies that are needed for this sweet girl.  She is really a treasure and deserves a home of her own.  The vet does not expect her to have any long-term medical issues and if additional vet care is needed, the Cat House on the Kings will cover the costs of having our vet take care of it if needed. (Out of town adopters would have to bring her back if you want this care.)  She is an independent girl who is so sweet and wants nothing more than to sit in your lap. (Note: cats without teeth prefer wet/canned food, but can also manage smaller pieces of kibble.) Kimi is listed as Special Needs because of her missing eye and teeth and is diabetic. The Cat House is prepared to provide future vet care (locally, from our vet) if anything serious develops with Kimi. We offer this because we don't want concerns about costs of care to keep her from finding a wonderful home! Please note: Kimi is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on her appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies. Kimi is a Special Needs cat.More information & application [ts=1747724592&src=aap]

Wow this baby boy has energy! He will play and play until you think he's tired but then he keeps on going! Rocky is cautious but brave and adventurous. Loves to check everyone and everything out. He won't come to you at first but warms up especially if you have a toy. He puts his paw on his food when the other kitties are around to make sure that they know it's claimed. This handsome kid won't last long, apply today! Please note: Kitten 26798 (Rocky) is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on his appearance. Story
Mattie is a very sweet and beautiful girl, she started life in a hoarding situation with a double eye infection that ruined her beautiful eyes.  She has limited vision but can still get around great, she loves to play with her toys and chase the mouse and dixie cups. She can climb the cat trees, get on the couch and pretty much do everything a normal cat can do. She gets along great with other cats and dogs and does require another cat as an companion, she would get very lonely without another cats friend, she was raised with lots of other cats & dogs in her household and feels best in a house with other loving cats. Mattie is a talker and will call you when she is looking for you or talk to her toys. Mattie was very sick when she first came to us and needed several weeks of medial care, during this time she would only eat Friskies Pate non fish, now that she is recovered she will still only eat Fiskies Pate non Fish and needs to be fed three times a day. Her foster mom feeds her morning, dinner and second dinner before she goes to bed.  She will not eat dry food.  She also drinks a lot of water, we suspect there was a shortage of fresh water where she was living.  We have done blood work recently and it all looks great now and we are hoping that she has a long life ahead of her.  If she has additional medical needs and you are local we are happy to get her into our vet at our cost. Please note: Mattie is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on her appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies. Story
This blue-eyed, blue-ribbon beauty is darling Jasmine. She’s gorgeous on the outside and sweet as sugar once she warms up to you! Jasmine is on the timid side, you just need reassurance and patients.  She may look like a princess, but her love of wet food is entirely down to Earth! She could not be more classically beautiful in her luxurious coat of creamy ivory accessorized by perfect grey ears, white paws, and a showstopping face with those sapphire eyes.  She’s as irresistible as her flower namesake and will be a joy in a forever family that adores her! Could lovebug Jasmine cuddle up in your cozy family! Please note: Cat 26622 (Jasmine) is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on her appearance. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies. Cat 26622 (Jasmine) is shy and needs a quiet home. Story
That heart-melting face with its big baby blues and the cutest ever little impish smile belongs to awesome Chula! What a cutie she is in her classic Flame point Siamese ensemble, ready for action or affection at a moment’s notice! She’s one of a big bouncy batch of six kittens, every one a happy, hearty, cuddly doll! This little heart stealer is as friendly as can be, always bringing his easy-going vibe to every encounter. If there’s a game, romp, or toy to enjoy, this sweetheart will be in the middle of the action. Then when the playtimes wind down, she’ll find a cuddly place, preferably in your lap or near you to snuggle up to be petted and loved on. Could precious Chula bring her sweet affection and joyful fun to the circle of your love? Who could resist that smiling face?!
