Benny's owners brought him to the vet to be euthanized. The vet felt there was nothing wrong with him to merit that treatment and called Castoff to see if we would take him. We did. Now he's looking for someone to love him like he should have been all along! Benny is FIV positive and will have to go to a one cat home. Meet Keeper! With her stunning blue eyes and quirky personality, she's sure to cuddle her way into your heart. Keeper found herself at a high risk shelter in south Georgia with her Zoo litter kittens. The rescue was able to bust them out of the shelter and place them into a foster home. Keeper has raised her babies and now she's looking for her forever family. Keeper can be a little shy at first. She's been through a lot in the past six months! She needs someone with a little patience that can earn her trust and see the amazing kitty she can be with time. Mojo is the sweetest old lady that I have ever had the privilege of caring for. I got her three years ago and she quickly became my best friend and emotional support animal. She is allegedly 8 years old (given from previous owner as an estimation) and she is the most cuddly girl. She is declawed in her front paws, and her eye occasionally gets crusties (not a medical issue) but she is very receptive to cleaning her face with a damp tissue. She is an indoor cat (though sometimes I take her out with me on my patio) and she spends most of her time curled up and napping. She will find any opportunity to lay in your lap, and will always come to comfort anyone who is crying. Mojo does not get along well with dogs or other cats, so she has to be an only pet, but she is the only companion you will need. She is on dry food, fed twice daily small amounts, and she loves all treats. I am hoping to find someone to take care of her as much as she has taken care of me.
