Our hearts hurt for Churchill. He was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 2/9. Churchill is 13 years young and weighs in at 11 pounds. He has a lovely white coat with flame point ears. His eyes are a dreamy light blue. He really deserves to be in a loving home where he can snooze in a sunny window and nap in a fluffy bed. Do you have a heart for a mature boy? Ask for ID# 16862 Cage 694. He is neutered and will be micro-chipped upon adoption. He has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Bowie has a strong personality and knows what he wants. He loves affection, but on his terms. He is happy to cuddle next to you while you watch shows. He is good with other cats, dogs, and children, but when he's had enough, he will find a quiet corner to take a nap alone. He is between 1-2 years old and neutered. Last round of shots was roughly a year ago so he will be due soon. Another cat he is familiar with is also available for adoption (see Karma). We would love for these two to find a home together, but it's not required as his companion might need more care.

Hi, I’m a 4-year-old Siamese kitty named Wexler.  I have a gentle soul and a story that shaped who I am today. I came into the shelter two years ago from a very difficult hoarding situation, and that’s when Klassy Kats Cat Rescue stepped in and gave me a chance. At first, I was placed as a barn kitty, but it didn’t take long for them to realize I was actually a very special indoor cat at heart. I’m lovable but super shy, and I do get scared easily—life taught me to be cautious—but I truly love people once I feel safe. I was tip-eared back in my barn-kitty days, and I also had a bad ear infection that left me with what humans call “cauliflower ear.", and a snaggly tooth.  My foster mom said it  just adds to my charm and tells part of my journey. I’m a bit quirky in the best way. I love wet food, but I prefer to enjoy it quietly at night (I like my routine!). If you have wet food, I will absolutely be your best friend. I get along wonderfully with other cats, and I’d do best in a quiet, patient home where I can settle in at my own pace. Because I’m fair-skinned, I need to stay indoors only, where I feel safest anyway. If you’re looking for a sweet, sensitive companion who just needs understanding, consistency, and a soft place to land, I promise I’ll reward you with quiet devotion and a very special bond. ##1880313##

Hi there! I’m NICK (DOB: ~10/28/2025), a male Seal Point Siamese mix. Let me start by saying that I am shy but will cuddle with you wrapped in a fleece blanket and my purr motor sings. The way to my heart is kitten Temptation treats. I love to play with lighted toys and the laser pointer. I also love the laser pointer like NORA. I climb kitty condos like a pro and love to chase NORA in the kitty tunnel. I am trained to scratching posts and once NORA and I become comfortable in our new home, you will love us and give we’ll give you hours of enjoyment and entertainment. Because NORA and I are definitely bonded siblings (I am NORA’s mentor), we definitely need to be adopted together and would prefer a quiet, patient and experienced cat owner. I am neutered, up-to-date with vaccines, negative for Feline FIV/FeLV, dewormed, have received flea preventative, and am microchipped.
