Story
Meet Jenny! This lovely lady is a local girl, having been surrendered to us early April - though no fault of her own, simply due to her previous family moving and unable to take her with them. Since being under our care, we noticed she has a head tilt, with close monitoring and x-rays we were unable to find out what had caused it. But it doesn`t seem to be affecting her at all - She remains her sweet and gentle self. Jenny is considered special needs because she is FIV+ meaning her immune system is weakened. But with regular vet visits and an indoor lifestyle she has many more years to curl up by your side. She doesn`t seem to mind much, not caring for dogs barking or other cats, she would do well in any home. Adopt today!Jenny`s fee has been waived in hopes to help her find her forever home!Apply for Jenny at: capeannanimalaid.org/catapp

Story
PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING We transport kittens from South Florida. There is an epidemic of cat overpopulation in South Florida. Tens of thousands of cats & kittens suffer needlessly & need a home. We transport & adopt kittens & cats that have no chance in South Florida. Please note - we are the only legal Florida rescue importer in the state of Mass. We have 3 professional transporters deliver your kitties safely to you. One person is always in the back monitoring the health & well-being of your animal. Although we love dogs they are NEVER on our transport as it adds time & stress for your kitties. Be sure to ask questions of any rescue transporting. Are they legal & how are they transported. There is a big difference. We also use flight angels. Kind volunteers who bring a cat or kitten on a plane ride as their carry-on luggage. We are so grateful for good people. We try to get the kittens as close as we can by air. TO ADOPT A KITTEN, YOU MUST ADOPT IN PAIRS OR HAVE A YOUNG CAT. Our adoption guidelines: Must be 25 years old Must adopt young kittens (6 months or less) you must have a young cat or dog or adopt in pairs UNLESS otherwise stated. Must be a previous cat owner. Must have a vet we can speak to. CT license AIR 000534 MA charity #080383 MA licensed importer #68 USDA # 88-T-0895 You need to meet Cindy & Cowboy! Cindy is a Siamese mix and her brother Cowboy is a tuxedo with the personality of a Siamese and the colors of a cow. They both have super silky, soft coats. They were born approximately May 2025 outside. They and their mom were fed by a human who cared for them, but who didn't hold them much. So when I got them to do TNR, I wanted to keep them for a week or two to see how they would do inside. If they had to be returned to the outside, they would be fed but they would have to live with toads and cigarette butts and no vet care ever. With time, they started to trust their foster and started getting comfortable. And 3 months later, they're still on the more shy side, but they have learned to trust. They love to be petted and they purr up a storm, but hey do not like to be picked up, and they're not lap cats. The first time they see someone new, Cowboy will hiss as a greeting, but that soon goes away. Cowboy loves to play and chase any feather toy on a string. He gets so excited and runs and runs even if he is out of breath he "Must get feather". He is very funny and talks a lot. He also loves to roll around and be petted. Belly rubs are his favorite. He purrs super loudly and enjoys attention. Cindy is the more quiet sister. She is more of an observer, but will come out to play once her brother has gotten all of the attention he demands and is exhausted from sprinting after the toys. She loves cheek scratches and purrs up a storm as well. She is a bit more reserved than Cowboy but still enjoys love and attention. They are very bonded. Once his sister ran out of the foster room, Cowboy didn't stop crying until his sister decided come back from her excursion. They are both on the smaller side for their age. Can you find it in your heart to put in an application and meet these adorable kittens?

Story
Meet Rosie and Violet, two stunning seal point sisters looking for their forever home together. At 8 months old, these girls are playful, affectionate, and completely inseparable — and they need to be adopted as a bonded pair. Rosie is the adventurer of the two — fearless, athletic, and always the first to explore. She is an absolute love bug who will grab your hand and pet herself if you're not paying enough attention. Don't be surprised if she launches herself across the room just to get to you. Violet is her perfect counterpart — calm, measured, and equally sweet. She brings a gentle, soothing energy that balances Rosie's boldness beautifully. Together, they chase each other, curl up grooming one another, and follow their people from room to room. If there's space in your chair, they will find it. Both girls came from a reputable breeder in New Hampshire, are vet-certified healthy, fully vaccinated (FVRCP + rabies), and already spayed — so they are ready to go home with you!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Fred is our beautiful boy, and we are hoping for a home who will understand his shy/fearful nature. Fred came from a home with far too many cats and not enough humans. This means Fred didn't really have the opportunity to learn humans are kind and loving, instead they can be a bit scary. Fred is looking for a home with another friendly cat that can show him the ropes. He would like a quiet home with lots of places to hide. If you are interested in Fred, give us a call at 603-472-3647 and press 1 for adoptions.

Story
Mica is a stunningly handsome young gentleman who wandered into a backyard one day for a bowl of cat food… and decided he never wanted to leave. After a week of shy hesitation, it became clear this sweet boy was far too friendly for life outdoors. Though his earliest photos showed a little nose irritated from mosquito bites, his time indoors has worked wonders, and he’s healing beautifully while enjoying the comfort and safety he deserves. Mica is a total sweetheart with a soft spot for Churu squeeze treats — offer him one, and you’ll have a best friend for life. He loves chin scratches, weaving affectionately through your legs, and soaking up attention from his people. Now all Mica needs is a loving forever home where he can continue living the good life: safe, adored, and spoiled exactly the way he should be. ✨ Available to meet starting 5/20/26 ✨
