DOB: July 10, 2024 FIV/FeLV Negative Hi, I’m Goloum, although my foster family calls me Toasty Marshmallow! Don’t let my official government name fool you. I’m an ultra-fluffy flame-point Persian, and I’m about as sweet as they come. My fur is soft and snowy white with warm caramel-toasted markings on my face, paws, and tail. I’m a little shy when I first arrive somewhere new and need some time to settle in and make sure everything is safe. Once I’m comfortable, though, my gentle and loving personality really shines. I would make an excellent binge-watching companion. I’m perfectly happy to perch beside you on the couch and watch all the latest drama unfold. I promise I won’t throw any shade of my own. At bedtime, I like to sleep right at the end of the bed. I’ll keep your feet cozy while still giving you plenty of room to stretch out. When I’m awake, I absolutely love being petted, especially belly rubs and ear scratches. With all this luxurious Persian fluff, regular brushing is important, but luckily I think brushing is wonderful! It’s actually one of my favorite ways to spend time with my humans, so grooming can double as our special bonding time. Like many white cats, I can sometimes get a little crusty around my eyes. My humans can keep me looking my best by gently wiping the area with a warm cloth. I don't mind having my eyes cleaned, so I’m a very cooperative little lady. I've been through quite a lot, but I'm so happy to be safe and comfortable indoors now. I'm ready for a loving forever family where I can take my time settling in, then reward you with plenty of cuddles, purrs, and fluffy companionship.
