Story
Meet Cassian! This stunning boy was actually found as a stray outside; this unfortunately means we don't know too much about him or his history. What we do know- is how wonderful he has been while here with us. He's gentle and has a quiet presence that will likely blossom once he is adopted into a home. He is already very sweet, but we know he will be even sweeter when he is comfortable1 If you are interested in Cassian, please call us here at (401)846-8276. You are welcome to stop by our Animal Care and Adoption Center here in Middletown, RI to meet with him at any time. Feel free to visit our website, www.potterleague.org, for more information on adopting from us.

Meet Autumn 🍁 Adoption Fee: $275 Adoption Application: Copy & Paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Autumn is Hazell’s beautiful sister and another little survivor with a big heart. She was also pulled from the shelter with a severe eye infection, and despite the ophthalmologist’s best efforts, her eye could not be saved. Thankfully, that hasn’t slowed Autumn down one bit! At only about 11 weeks old, Autumn is playful, curious, and full of kitten energy. She’s a happy, healthy girl who loves to explore, play, and soak up attention. Like her sister, her missing eye does not affect her ability to live a normal, joyful life—it simply makes her extra special. Autumn is otherwise doing great and is ready to find a loving forever home where she can continue to grow, play, and be spoiled. If you’re looking for a resilient, beautiful kitten with a sweet personality, Autumn may be the perfect addition to your family. 🐾 Apply today to meet Autumn and give her the forever home she deserves! 🐾 We do offer a discount when adopting more than one pet. We have many adorable kittens to choose from—click our link to see the full lineup and find your perfect match: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet-search?radius=50&postalCode=02919&awos[0]=165123&filterMode=all Having a feline friend can be incredibly beneficial for their social and emotional well-being, providing comfort and support throughout their lives. All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime. Please copy and paste the following URL for the adoption application: https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter. PDAR.info@gmail.com COMPLETED APPLICATIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER INQUIRIES. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.

Story
Katy – a 4-month-old Siamese mix with a big voice, a bigger personality, and Olympic-level jumping skills! This playful girl loves human attention and will happily chirp, chatter, and even *scream* to make sure you don’t forget she’s there. When she’s not showing off her high jumps, she’s soaking up pets and affection like a total sweetheart. Katy prefers being the star of the show and isn’t shy about telling other cats how she feels. She could thrive as a single cat, but with patience and slow introductions, she might warm up to a feline friend in time. Adoption fee: $350 (No spay/neuter needed — just a quick vaccine booster!) Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. The bio is the best place to find the most current and important information about their needs, personality, and ideal home. Thank you for your interest in adopting from Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue! If this post is still up, we are still accepting applications for this cat(s)/kitten(s). There's no need to email us about availability, just submit an application if you're interested! For more information about our adoption process, please visit our website: https://scruffypawsanimalrescue.org/about-adoption/ All adoption fees include: - Spay/neuter surgery Adoption Process - Microchip - Rabies and distemper vaccinations - Proof of FIV/feline leukemia testing - Flea treatment & deworming - A veterinary exam Please Note: Scruffy Paws operates by appointment only and is not open to the public. Story
😺 Meet Chewy – Your Chatty, Charming Companion! 💬💙 Calling all Siamese lovers—have we got the guy for you! Chewy (just saying his name makes us smile!) is a 3.5-year-old Siamese mix with a stunning lynx point coat, dazzling blue eyes, and a purr-sonality as bold as his meow. This handsome boy is full of affection, curiosity, and conversation—he’s never short on things to say and is always ready to share his thoughts with you! Chewy is outgoing and loves human attention. He’s a total social butterfly who wants to be wherever you are—lounging nearby, chatting away, or vying for your love. Tyra Banks would definitely approve of his camera-ready smize skills, too! 🧠 But here’s the deal: Chewy needs an experienced cat-savvy home. While he’s very affectionate, he can get overstimulated and may nip when he’s had enough. Reading his body language and respecting his boundaries is key to keeping your relationship happy and balanced. With the right human, Chewy is a devoted companion who loves deeply—he just needs someone who understands that even lovebugs need space sometimes! 🎾 Chewy’s Ideal Home: An experienced cat person who can recognize and respect his limits A calm environment without dogs or young children Likely best as a solo cat, though he can coexist with mellow felines who respect his personal bubble Plenty of toys and enrichment—he’s an active, intelligent boy who loves to play! If you're looking for a charming, chatty, and affectionate companion—and you're the kind of person who gets that even the sweetest cats have complex feelings—Chewy just might be your purr-fect match.
