Note: As a bonded pair, Lucky Luna and Noble Max must be adopted together.Meet Max, a 5-year-old male cat! Max came to us as a surrender with his sister, Luna.If you`re looking for a double dose of feline love, look no further. Max is a 5-year-old soul who takes his job as a `big brother` very seriously. While he might not be the first one to jump into your lap, he`s the brave explorer of this pair, paving the way for his best friend, Luna.Max is a gentle, observant boy who likes to survey his kingdom before making a move. He`s a bit on the shy side, but once he realizes you`re the source of head scratches, his wall starts to crumble.Max and Luna share a very special bond and will need to go home together. Max`s history with other animals (besides Luna) is unknown, but our Adoption Team would be happy to provide guidance for slow introductions to any resident pets.Their new family should understand that `love at first sight` might look like `love from under the sofa` for the first few days.Medical Note: Upon arrival, our veterinary team discovered an inflammatory polyp in Max’s right ear. Although the polyp was removed and Max was started on medication, the mass has unfortunately begun to regrow. The ideal next steps for Max include further diagnostics, such as a CT scan, and potentially specialized surgery. Don’t let the royal title fool you, while Princess Dela Cruz carries herself with the grace of a queen, she is a hardworking mama who is finally ready to hang up her crown. At just 1 year and 6 months old, this stunning Siamese beauty came to us as a devoted nursing mother. Now that her kittens have grown and found their own paths, it is officially Princess’s turn to be pampered. Because she spent her recent months focused entirely on the survival of her babies, she can be a bit reserved when meeting new people. She isn’t a `diva,` but she does appreciate a bit of decorum! Once she feels safe and realizes she no longer has to be on high alert, her sweet, affectionate side begins to shine through. She came in with other cats and enjoyed their company. We do not have a history of her with dogs or kids. For this reason, she would do best in a home that understands the importance of slow, patient introductions. She likes to access her surroundings at her own pace before deciding who is worthy of her royal attention. Princess Dela Cruz is fully prepared to move into her forever palace! She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her core vaccinations (Feline Distemper and Rabies). She has also been dewormed and is current on her flea preventative. Greetings from George! George is new on the adoption floor and still feeling out the new environment. George and 15 other cats came to us from an over-populated housing situation, and most have not developed social skills yet, this is something our staff is working on and what we would want their future adopter to continue. George hasn`t shown us his full personality yet, but we think with patience, love, and tasty treats he will come out of his shell and blossom!
