Stormy is an older cat that is looking for a home to help him ease the waves of his fear and feel the calm breeze of a patient home.Stormy was surrendered to FVHA and was not ready to open up to staff, this gentle soul was ready to find a home but started to deal with stomach issues which led to staff putting him on a bland diet to ease that for him. While Stormy has been working on that, staff and a foster home have tried working with him to gain his trust, but with little progress seen. Stormy is not the most outgoing cat around, but staff at FVHA believe that he needs continued patience from people to help him feel more safe and at ease. While Stormy is not the approachable kind of cat, he does enjoy toys with strings and feathers to show off his hunting skills. As Stormy is ready for a home, he is just in need of more love and care compared to other cats. Stormy has had his primary vaccines, dewormer, flea/tick preventative, and needed boosters, along with getting neutered and dental work done.Stormy has lived with another cat but did not show much interest towards them so staff at FVHA are not sure how he would feel about a feline companion.If you are interested or have questions about Stormy, please contact FVHA adoption counselors at adopt@foxvalleypets.org or (920) 733-1717 ext. 100
