Meet Mocha! He is a wonderful cat. He is very friendly and playful. He loves a big pillow in a lap to lounge on. He has been loved and cherished by the same older couple since he was 3 months old. They have had to move into a new situation and so he needs a new home too. I am happy to answer any questions about him.

I’m Ollie and I’m a free spirit! I started out in the streets but was smart enough to find a food source quickly. I showed up on the back porch of a lady with a dog who began feeding me everyday. Soon I was joining them on their walks (I like gentle dogs) which got the attention of my foster mom! I look like a little “wild cat” but I really enjoy being stroked; especially under my chin. Who knows, I might just turn into a lap cat some day! I’m looking for a permanent home with a cat saavy dog and a patient human. I’m not that interested in other cats. I don’t have a lot of experience with humans (I have trust issues) so I start out very shy, (I need a “cave” where I can retreat) but in a few days I warm up and seek attention. I “eow?” when I want food. Foster mom said I sound like I’m asking her a question! Of course I am; I’m asking “where’s my food?” If you’re a person that seeks a handsome companion with silky fur and you don’t mind waiting to earn my trust, we could have something special.
