Freddie Weasley arrived at Santa Barbara County Animal Services in Santa Maria as a neglected stray, his coat tangled with mats and burrs. When he wasn't claimed, we welcomed Freddie as a Frosted Face. He’s 10 years old, weighs just under 10 pounds, and is very sweet. Freddie is currently on an extended Frosted Fling, spending time in a foster home receiving lots of love and care.
