Cookie is a precious little 6-month-old Shih Tzu who recently joined Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue after her owner, could no longer take care of her. She did the loving thing and reached out to us for help, and now this adorable pup is is ready for her forever home.
Cookie is full of sweetness, spunk, and cuddles, she will be a loving, loyal companion.
Cookie will require regular grooming to keep her beautiful coat healthy and tangle-free. A fenced-in yard would be a wonderful bonus for this playful pup, giving her space to explore and romp safely.

Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.
The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
