💗 Meet Minnie!
At 13 years young, Minnie is proof that age is just a number. This adorable Yorkie/Maltese mix may be a senior, but she still has plenty of love to give and is ready to spend her golden years as someone's cherished companion.
Weighing just 11 pounds, Minnie is the perfect size for laps, cozy couches, and warm snuggle spots. She has spent the last decade as a beloved family member and is now looking for a new home due to circumstances completely beyond her control.
Minnie can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you. Once she realizes you're a friend, she warms up quickly and shows her sweet, gentle personality. She's the kind of dog who doesn't need to be the center of attention—she's perfectly content to relax nearby, nap in a sunny spot, and enjoy the comfort of being with her people.
This little lady gets along well with other dogs and has previously lived successfully with canine companions. She also does fine with cats, typically choosing to politely coexist rather than get involved in their business. Children? Minnie loves them too.
When left alone, Minnie is easygoing and low-maintenance. She's happiest spending her days doing what senior dogs do best: relaxing, snoozing, and enjoying the simple comforts of home.
Minnie does have a heart murmur, but it certainly doesn't define her. What defines Minnie is her sweet nature, her gentle spirit, and the years of loyalty and companionship she's ready to share with her next family.
