Snowshoe kittens & cats in Davis, California

Meet Scarlett a Snowshoe Siamese born in 2017. According to her records at the shelter, she was adopted as a kitten. This beautiful girl was taken in for euthanasia to a local vet clinic by the son of an elderly lady who had a stroke. Scarlett had zero litterbox issues her whole life until a few months ago when another cat was brought into the home. As well as what sounds like a lot of changes in her caregivers and environment due to the owners illness. Vet tech called the people and got them to surrender the cat instead, and this is where we come in. She was so scared with her whole world changing. there was no way we would let her enter the shelter. Scarlett is a very sweet girl who loves touch and brushing. Bert (snowshoe) is a distinguished gentleman. While he can be skittish at times and is certainly more cautious about his privacy than his brother, Bert will crawl up on your lap (or sometimes all the way up to your chest!) and help soothe you with his purrs. Bert loves to play with his own tail, and is fond of toys that are a little bit difficult for him to handle, like a feather (or a piece of dried spaghetti). Bert does have a tendency to love-chomp at fingers during cuddle time, so may do best in a household with children 6+. He can not live without his brother Ernie. They have been together their entire lives and are a bonded pair. Where Bert goes, Ernie goes. There is no negotiating separating them. They love one another dearly. She showed up in my yard and is friendly. Allows me to pet her and pick her up. I've been feeding her for month. I have to travel and can't keep her.

Hero has got plenty of hugs and nuzzles to give! This boy is full of joy, affection, and LOVES to play. You can expect Hero to always be in the middle of the "action" or at least looking for some, and while he thoroughly enjoys his playtime, he also loves getting and giving his people attention just as much! Wilson and Keanu MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. See Keanu here Wilson got his name at the shelter and when we took him into rescue we decided to keep it. He really is a Wilson! Wilson is quite the little character and he looks bit distinguished with his little spot of black on the side of his face. He is considered a Snowshoe and has high white paws and legs and beautiful bright blue eyes. He has plush soft fur that feels like bunny fur to the touch. Wilson is a little doll, he is so affectionate he loves to sit on your chest and of course that involves a great amount of purrs and rubs. He loves to watch TV right beside you and keep you company. Wilson loves his wand toys and becomes quite the little hunter when he tries to pounce and jump high in the air to catch his prey. He is an active playful little guy but still a little love bug. His favorite friend in the foster home is Keanu and he would love to go home with him if there isn't a friend for him in his new home.
