Story
Hi there! This is very sad for us to say but we need to rehome this guy. My partner has had him for half her life so him going to an amazing home is the biggest hope for us that’s why i’m turning here. SnowBall is a beautiful blue eyed SnowShoe Cat that loves cuddles. He literally wants to sit by or on someone’s lap and get pet for the rest of his life. He is very very strict on the amount of food and water in his dishes. We have a water fountain for him so he is able to see it, once those items are low he goes off. He is the sweetest little guy but he has a mighty meow. He loves looking outside when it’s raining, and if you have a teenage boy that does nothing but play video games…that’s another win for Mr.SnowBall. It’s not required but it will be a plus. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask❤️.

Story
I am currently available for adoption from my foster home. If you're interested in adopting me, fill out an application on our website www.carmaoc.org   Hi my name is Cremini and I've been in foster for a fair amount of time because I'm shy. I like other cats, people don't bother me so long as they're at a distance. I am playful and fun, just not used to being pet or handled. I will walk to the couch, stop 3 feet away and wait for my treat. I will come take it from your hand. I will interact with toys and cats. My foster house has multiple cats so I would benefit from more one on one time with both my new people and a cat friend. I used to zoom with my brother before he was adopted.   I am looking for a cat experienced home that has patience and will let me acclimate to my new surroundings at my own pace, but will also challenge me to be more social once I'm comfortable in the house. I have gained some confidence, so I am more engaged with my surroundings and will even investigate new things, as long the humans don't move.  I am very food motivated and I will take treats from your hand which is a great place to start for building trust.   My adoption fee is $175. That includes spay/neuter, microchip, FIV/FeLV combo test, current vaccines and health check.April 19, 2024, 3:06 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hubble is a very healthy boy, about 11 years old, gray and white with beautiful, luminous blue eyes. He is the sweetest, friendliest, silliest boy, and he deserves a good home! He is neutered and current on vaccinations.  He is an indoor-only cat with a wonderful personality. He’s not a big fan of the dogs, but he does get along with other cats. Apply to meet him today www.Dreamar.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 19, 2024, 3:06 pm

Story
El Chavito is a striking siamese mix who enjoys spending time with you, his friends, or off doing his own thing! Mealtime is the most exciting part of his day and the easiest way you can become friends with him. This young man gets along well with other cats and enjoys playtime. He’s had a little bit of a nibbley history that seems to have resolved with having a proper buddy around to romp around with and wrestle. He can be a little eager during mealtime (we mentioned it was his favorite!) which just means he and his future BFF will have to figure out a good routine surrounding feeding times. His foster’s favorite thing about him is that he’s an overall fun and funny cat. From the faces he makes to his sleeping positions… he’s a lovely boy who loves to snuggle in the mornings and at night will even join you for a nap during the day! Interested in meeting El Chavito in person? Email our team to find out how as he currently lives in a foster home. Please note that he has rambunctious energy at times which means that dangly toys need to be put away for his safety.

Story
Meet Eleanor! We’re looking for a special adopter who’s willing to put more work into this beautiful girl. She’s coming out of her shell nicely and can use continuous confidence building. She loves to be brushed and to get gentle petting. She can be picked up and held. She’s sweet and gets along well with other kitties. She’s curious and playful. We couldn’t leave her behind when we rescued her sick kitten. She’s making great progress since rescued and would love to see her in a wonderful home where she feels safe and loved. Eleanor is being adopted through the San Gabriel Valley Animal Advocates. If you are interested in adopting Eleanor, please submit an adoption application at http://www.sgvaa.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your adoption donation allows us to rescue the next kitty from the streets and pay for all their health and medical needs. Most of our adoptable pets live in loving foster homes. We can arrange meet-and-greets with our foster families, at our live-in habitats in the West Covina and El Monte Petcos, as well as at the Huntington Beach (Edinger) PetSmart. SGVAA is an all-volunteer, non-profit rescue organization serving the San Gabriel Valley area. For more information on how you can help your community, please visit: www.sgvaa.org Their Adoption Process If you are interested in any of our adoptable pets or have additional questions, please fill out an adoption application and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Since we are an all-volunteer organization, it may take us within 24-48 hours to respond. Our little fur babies are so adorable that sometimes we get multiple applications for one pet! So if the pet you are interested in is no longer available there is no need to worry! We have plenty of friends who are furry! As part of the adoption process, we screen each new potential owner, and do home visits to ensure that an animal and owner are a good match. Once your adoption application has been approved, we will have you fill out a Pet Promise Certificate (adoption contract) *SGVAA’s adoption donation allows us to rescue the next kitty from the streets and pay for all of their health and welfare needs (spay, neuter, shots, deworming, flea meds, microchip) *We also provide free home delivery of your new kitty/kitties! About This Rescue SGVAA is dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of pets in the San Gabriel Valley area. We encourage people to rescue a homeless animal instead of buying one. Our organization also educates the community on the importance of early vaccinations for fatal and easily preventable diseases. We also advocate spaying or neutering to reduce pet overpopulation. Once an animal is in our care we vaccinate all rescues against disease & provide needed health care, fight pet overpopulation by spaying or neutering all rescues, and provide lifetime shelter and care to any rescued animal that is not adopted. Come Meet Their Pets Most of our adoptable pets live in loving foster homes. For interested adopters, we can arrange meet-and-greets with our foster families, at our live-in habitats in the West Covina and El Monte Petcos, as well as at the Huntington Beach (Edinger) Petsmart.
