We know that summer is coming to an end but just think, if you adopt one of them, you can have summer year-round! They are a fun bunch of kittens who are very sweet and loving. They bring a lot of good energy to the home; their foster Mom says they have been a blast to raise. Now it's time for them to find their forever homes. They are social and playful and have been fostered in a home with another adult cat and four large breed dogs. They get along great with everyone. We think a home with kids would be fine too as they are easygoing and fun-loving guys. Here are some individual personality traits that set them apart from one another. Malibu - This handsome tuxedo boy is very expressive and charming. He is independent and confident. He loves hanging out by the bathtub when his foster mom takes a relaxing bath. He is mesmerized by the water and calming scents of the bath bombs. He is a super boy, and anyone would be lucky to have him in their life. Newport - He is a fabulous boy who is quite a little character. He is very smart, and we think he could definitely be trained to do tricks and play fetch. He is the most adventurous one of the group and the first to investigate new things. He is social and playful, and most of all sweet. Pebble - He is an absolute cuddle monster. He sleeps right next to his foster mom every night and enjoys being next to his human at all times. He gets along great with other cats, dog and kids. If you are looking for an affectionate kitten that will adore you, look no further. Sunset - He is such a handsome little guy. His sparkling blue eyes just draw you in and his regal personality keeps you there. He is playful and sweet and easy going. He would also be a great companion for an existing cat or dog as he gets along great with the resident pets in his foster home. They have been neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, flea treatment applied, and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $200 per kitten or $350 for a pair. Dahlia was born on February 12, 2024. She is house trained, she knows how to fetch and sit. She is so sweet. I am looking for someone that has the time to care for a pet as well as a safe home for her. She is still a baby but she listens. If she is somewhere she isn’t supposed to be tell her to get down and she’ll listen. I am also training her to give me her paw.

*** Missy is in a foster home. ***Cream/brown/white Snowshoe mix, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 7/1/21, #19231Cats: may like a companion Dogs: probably not Children: tweens+ / adultsMissy was found fending for herself on the streets of LA and was taken to a local shelter where she was given a late-pregnancy spay. As she was recovering from that, she came down with a respiratory infection and stopped eating; she had already been skinny as her resources went into her pregnancy. It was then that she came to The Rescue House. With TLC and medical care, she has recovered from her infection and is eating heartily to regain necessary weight.Missy is still in the process of figuring out her new life of ready food and pampering; it was a big change, after all, and Missy most of all wants to feel safe. Yet even in the month she's been into our care she has made leaps and bounds toward becoming an amazing future companion to her adopter. She first spent her days hiding and only coming out to eat at night. Now she is coming out to explore, happily devour her Churu treats, and come perch by the window. While she still favors secure nooks and a quiet environment, when her foster goes to find her Missy really leans into the pets and will chirp and purr. She is slowly discovering what toys she likes (the round trackball tower) and what she doesn't like (wands with bells). She is a huge sweetie! When a cat is outwardly shy like Missy, she can get passed over for more blatantly outgoing cats, but the strides she has made should not be taken lightly and show the promise of what she can become with a patient and accepting adopter.While she has not yet interacted with any other cats in foster care, we think Missy may like a welcoming kitty companion to both be her friend and to help her boost her confidence. We don't know her thoughts on dogs. Younger or boisterous children would not be a good fit. She needs a quieter and routine-structured environment. Missy's sweet nature is already clear, and she just needs a special person to give her the time to fully flourish. Will you give her that chance?

Muffin is a very curious girl who loves gazing out the window and bird watching. She is very affectionate and will talk to you to ask for head scratches. Muffin is not a fan of dogs and is cat selective at times. She is talkative and vocal, and will greet you at the door when you come home from work. Even though Muffin is 8 years old, she is still very active and would make a wonderful addition to your home! Please note: Muffin has the "typical Siamese" trait of having a spicy temperament at times, so potential adopters MUST have previous experience with her breed and understanding of the quirks and behaviors that often go along with that. Sonny and his sister Minnie are a sweet, friendly, gentle pair of kitties! They are very easy going and affectionate, especially Sonny. They are OK with other friendly cats, but would be just as happy as the only felines in the house. They haven't been around kids but would probably be OK with gentle, well mannered children. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Sonny and Minnie will be available for adoption this Saturday (12/16) at Kahoots in Temecula from 10am to 2pm.

Meet Charlotte, the sweet and shy little shadow who's always around-just at a comfortable distance. While she may be a bit timid, Charlotte doesn't hide away; instead, she quietly observes from a safe spot, watching the world with curious eyes. Sudden movements can make her jump, but with slow, gentle gestures, she'll warm up and let you into her world. Once Charlotte trusts you, she transforms into the most affectionate companion, rewarding patience with soft purrs and loving head bumps. She also needs a confident feline friend to help her feel safe and secure. She warms up to other cats rarely quickly. She seems to prefer male cat friends. Charlotte would thrive in a calm, peaceful home with a patient human and a kitty companion to guide her. She loves to sit in a kitty window seat and is partial to cat trees. She loves her head and back pet/scratched, but not a fan of the chin scratches. She answers to the name 'Mama,' not Charlotte! She is bonded with her son, Templeton, and would love to go to her new home with him in tow!
