Everest is a very special cat with a big personality. He is extremely talkative and loves to “chat” with his owner throughout the day. He is playful, curious, and enjoys toys, exploring, and being part of whatever is going on around him. He is also independent in a very cat-like way. He can entertain himself and likes having his own space sometimes, but he still loves being near his person and forming a close bond. Once he feels comfortable, he is affectionate, loyal, and really enjoys companionship. I’m looking for a loving home where Everest can get attention, playtime, and a calm environment where he can feel safe. He would be a great fit for someone who wants a cat with personality, someone who enjoys a vocal and interactive pet, and someone who will appreciate his playful but independent nature.

We rescued this sweet boy from Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control after he suffered puncture wounds to his front leg from an apparent animal attack. Thanks to the loving care and dedication of our volunteers, Solo has healed beautifully. What amazed us most wasn't his recovery—it was his spirit. Despite everything he had been through, Solo never stopped trusting people. He greeted us with affection, accepted every bit of care we offered, and showed us just how much love he had to give. Today, Solo is healthy, happy, and ready to find a family of his own.
