Hemmie may be a senior girl but that doesn't stop her from being an avid explorer. Beautiful Hemmie is a curious baby who loves to play with wand toys! When she isn't being active, Hemmie loves to cuddle and even prefers affection over treats. This sweet senior is looking for a cuddle buddy to live out the rest of her golden years with. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beautiful cat is a courtesy listed cat and is available directly from her owner, not through the Cat Shack rescue.  She should not be adopted into a house with dogs.  May be best as an only-pet.   Please apply online and we will share your application with the owner.   This is what the owner had to say:Zinfandel (Zin) is a 6 y/o female Snowshoe Siamese. Unfortunately, she doesn’t get along well with our dog (territorial) and my husband and I are allergic to cats so we are looking to re-home her. She is spayed and just had her updated rabies and distemper vaccines. She is friendly, but shy and independent so she can sometimes take time to warm up to certain people. Affectionate and playful Theo is now available for adoption! Theo is been the most affectionate and friendliest little boy, rewarding us with purrs, biscuits, head butts and rubs. He’s a total lovebug!  Theo doesn’t mind being cuddled for a short period of time and/or on his terms, but then he needs to release his kitten energy and play with toys.  This sweet “‘meezer” doesn’t sit still for long.  Theo loves other cats and gets along with new feline friends very easily.  He would do best in a household with at least one other cat.  He has never lived with a dog. Theo has been neutered, dewormed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV and is up to date on vaccines. We estimate that Theo was born in January 2025.
