This loving girl is spayed, vaccinated, and fully litter trained. She’s currently an indoor cat but has lived outside in the past, so she’s adaptable as long as she feels safe and loved. Hard to believe that gorgeous Hemmie was found abandoned somewhere in New Jersey, but that's her backstory! She won't let her history get her down, though. Hemmie is in great spirits and loves to lounge and snooze in the coziest spots when she isn't prancing around meeting new people. She'd make a perfect companion. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beautiful cat is a courtesy listed cat and is available directly from her owner, not through the Cat Shack rescue.  She should not be adopted into a house with dogs.  May be best as an only-pet.   Please apply online and we will share your application with the owner.   This is what the owner had to say:Zinfandel (Zin) is a 6 y/o female Snowshoe Siamese. Unfortunately, she doesn’t get along well with our dog (territorial) and my husband and I are allergic to cats so we are looking to re-home her. She is spayed and just had her updated rabies and distemper vaccines. She is friendly, but shy and independent so she can sometimes take time to warm up to certain people. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Fiona was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. She came to us with a corneal ulcer in her eye which has been treated and completely healed.  Fiona has been seen by an opthomologist at Vet Vision Center 4 separate times.  It has been determined she does not produce any or hardly any tears on her own so she needs lubricant eye drops twice a day for the rest of her life.  Fiona is such a good girl for these drops and has learned to sit on your lap and in one second it's done.  She is very friendly and enjoys being around people. Fiona is good with dogs. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and dewormed. Affectionate and playful Theo is now available for adoption! Theo is been the most affectionate and friendliest little boy, rewarding us with purrs, biscuits, head butts and rubs. He’s a total lovebug!  Theo doesn’t mind being cuddled for a short period of time and/or on his terms, but then he needs to release his kitten energy and play with toys.  This sweet “‘meezer” doesn’t sit still for long.  Theo loves other cats and gets along with new feline friends very easily.  He would do best in a household with at least one other cat.  He has never lived with a dog. Theo has been neutered, dewormed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV and is up to date on vaccines. We estimate that Theo was born in January 2025.
