My name is COH 112022-159 (Winter). I am a 2 year old female Saint Bernard Mix. I look almost identical to my brother, COH 112022-159 (Beethoven). We were found running the streets together. After holding us on a stray hold, nobody came forward to bring us home. Now we are up for adoption and ready to find our true forever families. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week. The Lovejoy Foundation, Inc. does not adopt beyond a 30 mile radius from our headquarters in Inglewood. Handsome 2 year old Benny has a long list of very admirable qualities! He behaves perfectly at home, does not counter surf, sits & waits for his meals & is not a heavy drooler. A mellow, affectionate boy, Benny is content to stay quietly by your side if you work from home as the only dog.(Although friendly with some dogs, Benny is sometimes " dog selective" & we feel he should be the only dog at his new home.) Benny looks forward eagerly to his daily walks but won't require an intense amount of exercise. He rides well in a car & is not destructive. He sleeps through the night & is housebroken & neutered. A great match would be a loving "Saint Bernard savy" adopter looking for a fluffy love bug & willing to devote time, continued training & leadership in exhange for limitless snuggles, love & devotion from Benny. Story
Ralph came to the rescue as a 'found in the road' approximately 4 day old puppy. Breed is a guess... His DOB is estimated at July 15th. He was found by a good Samaritan who reached out to find rescue help for him. He came to us with issues that were unclear at first but now with proper vet care and visits it's believed he was either dropped or suffered from severe heat stroke. He has some neurological symptoms that do not deter him in any way from being a normal puppy. He is a BIG boy, enjoys playing with his favorite toys, is walking on leash, sits on command, enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home and loves everyone he meets. He has some hearing issues but can hear slightly and is learning doggie sign language. He has a little head wobbling at times which has gotten much better with age and growth. This super sweet boy is now ready to move on into his new forever home.  The adoption fee is $650 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months at time of alter), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed). Meet Flyn, a 4-5-year-old Saint Bernard weighing around 110 pounds. He's relaxed and loves belly rubs and scratches. A week ago, I saw an Instagram post about him at the SEAACA shelter, facing euthanasia. We aimed to foster him for a new home, but due to constraints, we can't give him full care. Flyn's been a stray for long, thin and housebroken. He's affectionate with trusted people, knows basic commands and is house broken. He is not a fan of the vet. He needs healing time for physical and mental wounds. But he’s a pretty cool and wants to be loved. His right front paw looks like he has club foot but he gets around good. We can't confirm his behavior with kids but think he's best for a calmer home. He craves affection and spends days napping or seeking comfort. Flynn isn't neutered yet.
