Zadie is a wonderful Saint that just arrived!   She is sweet and currently weighs between 80-90 lbs. Zadie is good with other dogs and kids. More info coming soon - Please check back! We recommend obedience training for all pups and dogs!    **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived without either parent.  Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Marlo is 4.5 years old and guessed to be a Saint Bernard/ Pit mix. This beautiful girl has been at WCHS for over 3 years. She's all muscle (weighing in around 80lbs) and goofy, loving eyes. While some might find her looks to be intimidating, this girl could not be sweeter. The shelter staff adore this girl and she gives just as much love in return.Not only is Marlo loving, she is very energetic and active. She loves walks and does great with her harness. She is a big fan of our fenced outdoor pens where she can run and play with toys. Speaking of toys, Marlo LOVES balls: tennis balls, basketball-sized balls, giant indestruct-a-balls. You name it, she's playing soccer with it. She does need some training with play time as she can get too excited when you go to grab the toy and will try to grab it at the same time as you. She will gently jump up onto you for love and to give kisses, too. Sometimes she'll even climb onto your lap to snuggle. Marlo needs an active and strong leader who can help her be her best! She is looking for a home without cats or dogs. She would do best with older children as she is a big strong girl who loves to jump and run. Are you looking for an active dog with lots of love to give? Marlo would love to come home with you!Marlo's adoption fee has been generously sponsored by a kind individual!

SADIE — Miniature Bernedoodle | 3–4 years old | 44 lbs Sadie is a Blue Merle Tricolor Bernedoodle. When Sadie arrived, she was severely matted from her time with a breeder — every knot and tangle told the story of a dog who hadn’t been cared for the way she deserved. But underneath all those mats was the sweetest girl just waiting for someone to love her. We had to shave her down, and her hair is starting to grow back soft and beautiful.  Today, Sadie is blossoming in her foster home. She is a calm, gentle, and very wellbehaved doodle who wants nothing more than to please her people. Sadie loves to cuddle, relax near you, and soak up every bit of affection she can get. She gets along beautifully with her canine foster brothers and sisters, and she has shown no interest in cats. She’s starting to enjoy squeaky toys and bones, and she has been a perfect house guest — she has not chewed on anything other than her toys. Sadie loves children, hanging out on the deck, and doing joyful zoomies around the yard. She rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and is learning that life can be safe, soft, and full of love. Sadie’s past may have been rough, but her future is bright — and she’s ready for a family who will cherish her the way she always deserved.  ADOPTION CRITERIA • Fully fenced-in backyard required — no invisible fences.• Someone home more often than not — she thrives on companionship and routine.• Children in the home must be over 7 years of age.• Calm, stable home environment where she can be the center of attention.• Sadie is being fostered in Fort Wayne, Indiana She is spayed, vet-checked, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
