Story
Freddy was chained at a property in Cancun. Very short chain with limited access to food and water. He was very thin with skin issues, and basically neglected, yet his sunny disposition still shone. After being rescued, he blossomed into an incredible dog. Somewhat territorial with other males (his "job" having been to protect the property where he'd been living); he does get along with most dogs and all people. He has a sweet, inherent spirit. From our website: FREDDY✨ 😎 Breed: terrier/australian shepherd mix 🐶 Age 3 years 🌍 Location: Cancun, Mexico but we will bring him to Lake Tahoe for adoption in the future 💙 Male 📏 Size: medium ⚖️ Weight: 12 kg (26 lbs) 🩺Vetting: Full vaccine complete, Puppy, Quíntuple Rabies, Bordatella. Dewormed, Spayed/ Neutered, 4DX snap, Nexgarde/Simparica. Healthy. 💃Energy: ACTIVE 🐶Dog Friends: Yes 👧🏽 Friends: Yes – he has been friendly with dogs. He is an ACTIVE absolutely loving boy and definitely one’s best friend ⛓Leash etiquette: Yes 🥘 Resource guarding: He was chained to a tree for 3 years so food is his main interest for now He is very obedient when spoken to and well behaved but needs a little of basic training, everything is new for him 📣 Bark/noisy: Will bark only to communicate and sometimes when he is excited and happy 🏡 Housebroken: Yes ⛓ Leash etiquette: Yes ! 🚙 Good in car: Yes, calm in the car! TEMPERAMENT FREDDY is an incredibly sweet and loving dog, very calm. He would make for a great companion to someone who is looking for a companion, he loves to be around people and Freddy is beginning to explore the world. He also would be great with a family, as he already has shown gentle affection. Freddy is currently working with a trainer in Cancun to overcome his territorial issues. We would love him to go to a very special person/family due to his rough beginning. With the right people, he will make a very good companion.

Story
Hello, my name is Coco and I absolutely love car rides. I love to sleep with my favorite person each night. Meeting other doggos can make me nervous...but maybe I haven't found my pawfect match yet. They say I am a smart girl who would benefit from some training (I think I would agree). When I learn new things it helps tire me out and keep me happy. Learning new skills would be great for me and my new person to bond as well. So adopt me and let's embark on a new adventure together!

Story
At 2 years old, Shenzi is rather on the small size for a Great Dane. She is beautiful and VERY much still a puppy. She can be nervous around new people or dogs at first but warms up quickly (especially with treats, she LOOOOOOOOVES treats). Her previous owners said she is an escape artist. That has not been our experience with her. She loves her people and does well with a dog door. She has not attempted to jump the foster's fence but she is not left outside when no one is home. She is learning manners (potty training, no counter surfing, no jumping, crate training) and is a very intelligent and eager to learn and please. She has learned how to play with other dogs and is good off-lead and likes to go on hikes and walks. Shenzi is working on learning to navigate her world with confidence. If you're looking for a loving girl with a great personality and you aren't afraid of a little work, Shenzi is your girl! Story
Dorado is a stoic boy at first meeting. His poor, mutilated ears and cherry eye make our hearts weep at what this boy must have been through. We have already called our vet to schedule him for a wellness check, vaccines and set up a time for his neuter, stomach tact and repairing his cherry eye.Within a short amount of time, Dorado warms up and then oh, man can he play! He loves other dogs and becomes a social, bouncy butterfly. We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
