Story
Hi, I’m Otis! I’m a 5 year old, 109 lb. Saint Bernard, and while I may take up a whole lot of physical space, I promise my favorite place to be is right next to the people I love! I’m a very sweet boy who absolutely loves affection. If you’re looking for a gentle giant who will happily soak up all the love you have to give, I’m ready for the job. My dream home is a cozy one where I can relax with my people, enjoy some quiet time, and know that I’m safe and loved. I do have one important thing to tell you about myself. I’m happiest as the only pet in the home. I have a history of resource guarding my food from other dogs, and this has unfortunately led to altercations. Because of this, I need a home without dogs or cats where I don’t have to worry about sharing my space or my meals. Honestly, I think being your one and only sounds pretty wonderful anyway! More couch space. More attention. More opportunities for me to remind you that I am, in fact, a very handsome boy. I’d do best with kids 8 and older who understand that even though I love people, sometimes I need a little space for myself. I promise that when I’m ready for affection, you’ll know because I’ll be right there hoping for some extra love. I’m a big dog with an even bigger heart, and what I really want is pretty simple: a family of my own, a cozy home, and someone who will love me as much as I’ll love them. If you have room in your heart for one very special gentle giant, I think we might just be a perfect match! My adoption fee is $295 and I'm neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Apply to meet me today!

Story
Sporty Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday.  Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with children that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in.  Spots does well with some dogs that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and has owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned to sit, stay, and lay down.  Overall, Spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy! Story
Zeuz and Hercules are a bonded sibling pair. They eat together; sleep together. They are never alone. They are 3 years old, neutered and chipped. I adopted these dogs from California. The 1st owner surrendered them to a high kill shelter as he had cancer. They were on the euthanasia list. They love to play in the water and swim, they love car rides. They only bark when someone comes around the house. They are protective and loyal. I unfortunately was in a bad car accident and am not able physically to care for them. I love them to pieces and want the best life for them. Hercules does not like cats, but Zeuz does ok with them.

Story
Lightning! ❤️ Meet Lightning, an incredibly sweet and affectionate Bernese Mountain Dog/Standard Poodle mix who is ready to find his forever family! At about 35 lbs., Lightning is a social, adventurous boy who is full of personality and enthusiasm for life. He loves his people, enjoys being part of the action, and is happiest when he’s included in whatever his family is doing. Lightning has done very well meeting a variety of dogs at the sanctuary. He loves to play, communicates appropriately with other dogs, responds well to boundaries and corrections, and is easy to redirect. He can be an enthusiastic playmate, so canine friends who appreciate his energy and playful style would be a great fit. And if your family loves the outdoors, Lightning is ready to join the fun! He absolutely LOVES the water and would make a wonderful companion for hikes, outdoor adventures, and days spent exploring. He knows some basic cues, listens well, and is very people-oriented, making him eager to engage with his handlers. Lightning came to us with his brother, Mater, and after spending about a month getting to know them, we’ve seen that both boys are confident, social, and comfortable independently. While they enjoy each other, they aren’t reliant on one another and we believe Lightning will thrive having a family of his very own. We think Lightning could do wonderfully with children 8 and over and would thrive with an active family committed to giving him plenty of exercise, enrichment, affection, and opportunities to be included in everyday life. Due to his high energy and play style, we recommend a household with no cats. If you’ve been dreaming of a loving, goofy, water-loving adventure buddy who is ready to become part of your family, Lightning may be your perfect match! ❤️ Lightning's adoption fee is $295 and he is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Apply to meet Lightning today!
